I'm very disappointed because they don't want to give some ice cups I've had to pay for the ice , they denied me some ice cupe and fountain water, we are City workers we clean the building street every day, it's not fear when it's 80°, and I'm customer for 20 years

This is a great Starbucks! In my experience the service has been very friendly and professional as well as quick, even in busy times. There are seats and cheerful lighting. My drink is always made delicious and correct. The vanilla bean custard snack is also so good! Thank you!

This location is pretty good, standard Starbucks coffee, but Katy ignores me like crazy every time I need to pick up a mobile order. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she's busy, but she'll stop what she's doing to check in with people who come in afterwards and we'll make eye contact when I try to get her attention, then she'll go back to what she's doing and avoid eye contact. I once waited 10 minutes to see how many people she'd help before acknowledging me, but I ended up getting someone else's attention before it happened. I don't want to have to raise my voice to get her to help me, especially when no one else has to. I'm not sure what I did to piss her off, but it brings the whole experience down a lot and I don't look forward to getting my coffee here since she started working at this location.

Services here is terrible and staffs are not friendly at all. with this type of service providing to us customers,no wonder so many Starbucks retail stores are closing. I wish they go bankrupt soon.

Attitude from the Asian barista. Maybe she should stick to Panda Express. Can’t get a simple drink the right way and on top of this giving us attitude. Get a job elsewhere if u can’t do the job

I ordered something and which I paid for already but I need a bag, He wanted to charge my credit card again for $.25. The sad part which I had tipped him two dollars earlier. I would pay a quarter if I have. There a tip jar there in front of him that ge can take out of my early tip. This is the cruel world we live in. Way to go StarBuck !
