This is the worst customer service ever I’m 10 years Customer with the Starbucks and get coffee for the past two years from the same spot and today I went to ask for water even I was trying to pay they say no. you have to make a purchase just for a cup of water And they refused for next time

I am so beyond disappointed and frustrated with this location. I order a Venti Matcha Frappuccino. 2 extra scoops of matcha(6 scoops total). No classic. Extra ice. I tell the person at the register PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS DARK GREEN. I only come here because I recently moved to the area and it’s the closest location. I still get a beverage that is yellow green and watery and/or with extra base(makes the drink too foamy and spongy) 8/10 times. I’ve had them remake it several times and had them issue my second refund today. I’m done with this location. Rafael is the only barista that has made my drink to perfection. I’ve been lucky to come in when he is working. He always gets it down with no problem whatsoever. I went down to 150 Van ness and they made my drink: I will attach a photo. Take notes!!!! Please train your staff better as well. I was the only customer and waited almost 5 minutes this morning before they even attempted to make my drink meanwhile they’re loading up the mobile order section for people that are NOT in the store or haven’t even came to pick up their orders. Hello, is everything okay? I placed an order with one of your staff members. From the beginning, I specifically requested cream with my order, but when I arrived at the hospital, I found it missing.

I also asked for my items to be packaged, but the small bag I was given could not possibly fit three products—it’s against the laws of physics. Despite this, the staff member did not seem to care at all.

Please make sure to choose staff members more carefully. You are providing a takeaway service here, but it seems there is no control over how employees treat customers.

I'm very disappointed because they don't want to give some ice cups I've had to pay for the ice , they denied me some ice cupe and fountain water, we are City workers we clean the building street every day, it's not fear when it's 80°, and I'm customer for 20 years
