I am scared because the white tall new worker was so rude when I made payments two times this month in front of the cashier station. I asked him to clean plate simply before place my food. He’s so rude kept blaming me a lot, staring me very hard, also saying no our everything is ok don’t need to be cleaned at all, no, no, no !! I coughing a lot whole afternoon there after eating food placed on not clean plate, since I asked him to clean plate the tall worker rejected.

They charge for water and don't even let you charge your device or use the restroom. Without those 'amenities' the overpriced food And drinks just aren't worth it at all. So many better local shops!

This is one of the nicest Starbucks in town, and I think, the newest. Has plenty of outdoor seating, comfortable chairs indoors. A large bar, and a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

At first glance, this is a really cozy Starbucks, with a simple but cool interior. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, this place is also a bit of a hotspot for the homeless. While we were sitting there, almost more homeless people came in asking for water than customers came in. For this reason, the toilets were also not very nice, as they were used for other than toilet visits.
This is the best Starbucks I have been to in SF.
