Got the best coffee early in the morning today before heading to the classes in the downtown San Francisco. Even though the store is small, it’s good for pick up and for ordering. I would highly recommend this place for a great cappuccino.

Jordyn was very rude when trying to order my coffee. I understand it is a pick up location but also there is a way to pay for my coffee without paying online with a card. Which I didn’t have at the moment. She needs to more training and should not be working in customer service!!

Jordyn with the y is rude located at the drumm st in san francisco I came to this starbucks for coffee and this lady was very rude call me out my name b.... and lying saying there no money in her draw and I can't buy anything from her store. It's 8 am and I just wanted coffee.
This Starbucks has a ONE SINGLE PLUG. This must be a joke. The place is huge and only has a single outlet. I don't care about the copy/paste corporate response, it's insulting. Especially when Starbucks has intentionally made this choice. Letting the customer find-out about this predicament AFTER getting coffee. (Fyi: people don't buy Starbucks for the quality of the coffee 🤢). I'll make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can.

They were really nice, but I ordered a spinach feta wrap and matcha caramel drink, and the wrap was cold on the inside still, and the drink even after light ice they put so much in it
