Really cool space. Poor customer service. On top of that, the drinks were not up to par.
I'd suggest that whoever manages this place have the bartender(s) make a few drinks and taste them to make sure the end product is what you're looking for. While here, our drinks lacked balance. The bartender knew what had to be in the drinks but didn't know (or maybe didn't care) how the final product tasted.
Probably won't be back. BUT super cool location. Love the space and the music.

I visited here with some friends earlier this week and had such an incredible time exploring the cocktail menu. There are lots of interesting drink options -- some of them not for the faint of heart! -- and the vibe of the place is private-feeling, but welcoming and really beautiful. I think I talked the ear off the bartender, August, who was incredibly kind and super knowledgeable about the menu and beyond. Thank you so much for letting me try my first taste of zubrowka and for the excellent service and drinks, August! I'll def check it out again when I'm back in the bay area.

Awesome Experience. Madam Satan has to be one of the best Tequila Cocktails of all time (for those that like spice). Very much enjoyed perusing the cocktail menu, both old and new. And Tony was great. Fun conversation. We will be back!

This is Nob Hill’s best kept secret! A wonderful 1930s style cocktail bar! The ambience is wonderful. We always come here for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. My favorite cocktail is the French 75, but honestly? Choose anything! You won’t be disappointed. I like sitting at the bar and watching the drinks being made! 🍸
