Terrible customer service. The woman who served us on Sunday, September 11th, discriminated against my colleague and me for not understanding the menu properly. She refused to explain and humiliated us. I would never return to this place.

I was there at November 5 2025, the store was dirty and worker was too impolite. When I was asking the manager no one show up. If the real manager or the owner see this massage please contact me I have their record.

Horrendous location. Look at the shame these guys have.
I entered at 8:05 PM on this date, shame on you. Closing time printed is 8.30 PM. She had already cleared everything and did not serve me and said the system is not working. The other time I went, the lady did not serve me proper sandwich. The owner is stupid. You will lose customers. We will not make any money. Look at your Google reviews.

Order a 6" #17 - Garlic Roast Beef. Asked for double meat and the works and american cheese. Did not get. Regret ordering from them. Stay away if you want your order correct for delivey.

The service was not good at all, the lady that was preparing my sandwich was not in a very good mood. The lettuce was almost empty, so I ask if she would put more lettuce in the container, she would not, she would only give me what was left in it? Then she gave me a very bad look, and said do you want the sandwich or not, then she threw it in the trash? Why did she act this way to me, I even almost all the time give her tips. I cannot ever go back there again if she serves me!

Worst subway I’ve been to. I thought to myself “surely, despite the reviews being much lower than every other in the area, it can’t be that bad, right?”
But it is. They rang me up for more than I should have paid. They list a chicken breast foot long at $12.99, they charged $13.99. They kept making all of these excuses.
“It’s because you got extra cheese”. No, I paid separately for cheese. That’s a separate line item on my receipt.
“That’s how much it costs” so you’re telling me the sign in the restaurant is wrong?
“What’s the difference, it’s just one dollar.” You’re right. I work in tech. One dollar isn’t much. I just tipped you all more than that.
But it’s the principle. Admit you messed up and fix your mistake.
You couldn’t. You gave me a terrible attitude when I asked for it to be fixed.
I won’t be visiting again.

Standing outside at 530pm on a Sunday and the person inside saying it’s closed. the sign and google maps still both say it closes at 8pm
The lady at front desk was so rude and accused me of not sending the online order but it turned out to be she could not spell my name
