I have pretty low expectations from a subway cos its just meant to be a quick and convenient stop for lunch takeout. However, today even that wasnt met and I had a pretty bad experience.

The person prepping my sandwich coughing non-stop while handling the stuff to put on my sandwich. I understand it is lunch hour and you have to be at station to handle the line, but if you are sick you shouldnt be jeopardizing public health like this.

On top the sandwich was sub par and they were stingy in the quantity of veggies and sauces that they added. This is not much of a concern for me however in comparison to the coughing that made it so unsanitary

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but every single time I order through Uber eats my sandwich is wrong. 100% of the time. Maybe they need some help in reading? Or execution? I don’t know but it’s a horrible subway location, the worst in the city.

Where’s health department or secret shopper? They are very unsanitary I’m walking in one of the worker is touching his face nose comes to take my order not watching his hands grabbing a paper asking me what I want. I asked if he was not going wash his hand and he got mad about it, Start talking to the worker about the situation. Meanwhile the worker making a sandwich with her phone on the side on top of the counter where they be making sandwiches.

Terrible management. I went here on my lunch break with a friend and we ordered six sandwiches and cookies and sodas.Then I went to go pay with my Subway App and the woman told me that I couldn't pay that way. I was totally shocked. But I was polite and said ok and walked out. On my way out she told me I needed to pay cash and I said Zi didn't have cash on me. Then she yelled at me to get out.
Why would Subway have an app to pay with but this Subway wouldn't let me pay that way.

The worst Subway I have ever eaten at, the service is terrible, I don't recommend it, unless you want to wait more than half an hour for your sandwich.

The owner does NOT distribute any of the tips applied on a credit card! That is literally theft!

My experience at this Subway was typical for a Subway. But I was put off when I found out that my 20% tip on my credit card would not go to the employee who I intended to tip. Rather, the owner keeps ALL tips applied on a credit card. That is just wrong! It is theft, and that person needs a lesson in morality and human decency.

Support the staff by tipping in CASH, but do not tip on a credit card.

This location is not following the recipes. Flatbread is always supposed to be toasted (which is why you don't even get an option for toasted in the app). These folks have poor training and don't even toast the sandwich if you add special instructions to get it toasted. Try a different location for best results.

I will NOT patronize this location again. I ordered off the app. I requested more lettuce, spinach, and for the sandwich to be cut in 3. There was hardly any lettuce or spinach, and the sandwich was not cut at all.

The sandwiches were good as usual, however I am compelled to comment on the quality of customer service. NOTE: asking for a few extra napkins should not be a problem, when your just given 1 per sandwich.
