My recent Subway experience was thoroughly disappointing. The customer service was abysmal, marked by an unhelpful and indifferent employee. Adding to this, my desired order was unavailable, and the sandwich I eventually received was poorly prepared with low-quality ingredients. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

A few problems with this location.
-The cash register rings up prices that are higher then the posted menu prices
-Some things like the fountain pop have been broken for a while
This location doesn't take the online coupons.
One worker took 20 mins to make a sandwich and stalled until 9:30 which is the closing time
I know promotions apply differently from branch to branch. However, this branch was an eligible location for the BOGO promotion on App, but once I made the purchase, it always gets cancelled.
It happened multiple times and the staff here blames the checkout machine.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and protein bowl. Every item had missing ingredients and the wrong bread. Highly recommended any other store in the area.

I have pretty low expectations from a subway cos its just meant to be a quick and convenient stop for lunch takeout. However, today even that wasnt met and I had a pretty bad experience.
The person prepping my sandwich coughing non-stop while handling the stuff to put on my sandwich. I understand it is lunch hour and you have to be at station to handle the line, but if you are sick you shouldnt be jeopardizing public health like this.
On top the sandwich was sub par and they were stingy in the quantity of veggies and sauces that they added. This is not much of a concern for me however in comparison to the coughing that made it so unsanitary

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but every single time I order through Uber eats my sandwich is wrong. 100% of the time. Maybe they need some help in reading? Or execution? I don’t know but it’s a horrible subway location, the worst in the city.

Where’s health department or secret shopper? They are very unsanitary I’m walking in one of the worker is touching his face nose comes to take my order not watching his hands grabbing a paper asking me what I want. I asked if he was not going wash his hand and he got mad about it, Start talking to the worker about the situation. Meanwhile the worker making a sandwich with her phone on the side on top of the counter where they be making sandwiches.
