This is the worst place to be. I went there a month ago and my experience didn’t go well. Poor customer service. And yesterday went there. They were closed on Monday. The open sign was opened but door locked. Knocked the door so many times but no response.

Terrible experience and waste of money. Pretzel and churro were so hard that I couldn't even bite them. I asked for a new one and the server replied to me I had to eat both of them in 2 minutes to avoid the problem .. extremely rude.

I ordered my sandwich online and it told me my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up and my sandwich is still not made. There seems to only be one employee. After he ignored me, I had to ask him if my sandwich is ready and he said in a minute! Come to find out that the soda machine and their toaster oven doesn’t work either. When I asked the employee if they toasted my sandwich, he said yes, but he clearly just microwaved my sandwich. I reached out to ownership for a refund and they told me they can only give me a cookie. when I asked if this is the way they conduct business they told me that I don’t have to eat here anymore. I highly, highly recommend that you do not go to this subway. They have no respect for their customers and they obviously don’t keep up with day-to-day operations in their store.

The lady was very rude i was going to puck cucumber in my samwitch i look and did not look too ok and i asked the lady to put cucumber and she was like are you sure about that it doesnt look too good i thought she was ganna get new one they should closed this place with a sirvice like this

The girl who was serving the customers was a very rude and inhospitable person. Not at all welcoming and made me wait for 20 mins even when I ordered the food online and before the other customers. She was banging the sauce bottles and shouting at me when I asked her to put sauces which were mentioned in the order instead of the other c sauces which were not mentioned in the online order. Very unwelcoming and I would suggest you go to this place at the cost of your mental peace

Terrible customer service and management. I went in at 12.30pm for lunch. Only one person was working so I had to wait for ages. Then they said they ran out of most of the bread and didn’t have the meat I asked for, so I went elsewhere. Never been to a subway this badly run before!
