We just went here and the lady that helped at first was super sweet but the man that checked us out was so very rude we tried using a gift card that we haven’t ever used before and we scanned it and the man said and I quote “ it says no” we asked if he could input the numbers or try again and he said no , it was very frustrating one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had I walked out with no sandwich i refused because he did not want to explain why our gift card wasn’t working properly, update: we went to another subway the one on Geary blvd and the gift card worked perfectly we even made the worker check before we ordered and he said it had 20 dollars on it

I always have a great experience here! The place is clean every time I come in, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. My expectations for sandwiches are high, and this Subway always meets them. Ingredients are fresh, and my go-to chicken and bacon sandwich is always on point—the veggies are fresh, the bacon has the right crunch, and the bread is soft inside and toasted outside. When the place is that busy, you know it’s that good. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve been to!

Dennis gave me the absolute worst customer service. Laughed in my face and did not want to make my sandwich the way I wanted it to be made.

Terrible service, bad food. I ordered the meat ball sandwich. Some of the meatballs were so old they had turned black. I asked the female counter staff with Islamic hair cover to please don't give the black ones as they would be hard to chew. She ignored my request and said they're not hard. I left the place and threw the sandwich in the garbage because I worried I might get sick from eating that.

Really rude workers, borderline scammers. They didn't want to show me my price breakdown before paying and we're very rude about it.

I only order online early in the morning, so I can only speak for the quality of food. I just get a cold turkey sandwich. It tastes good and is as expected. When I stop in the people there are prompt in giving my order, and the place has a typical subway feeling.

The hotshot italiano was ok, nothing special at all. For $12.68 (including chips) is not bad, but quality isn't there. The churro is absolute garbage, DO NOT GET. It is disgusting. The dough is terrible. Avoid it.
