Dennis gave me the absolute worst customer service. Laughed in my face and did not want to make my sandwich the way I wanted it to be made.

Terrible service, bad food. I ordered the meat ball sandwich. Some of the meatballs were so old they had turned black. I asked the female counter staff with Islamic hair cover to please don't give the black ones as they would be hard to chew. She ignored my request and said they're not hard. I left the place and threw the sandwich in the garbage because I worried I might get sick from eating that.

I only order online early in the morning, so I can only speak for the quality of food. I just get a cold turkey sandwich. It tastes good and is as expected. When I stop in the people there are prompt in giving my order, and the place has a typical subway feeling.

The hotshot italiano was ok, nothing special at all. For $12.68 (including chips) is not bad, but quality isn't there. The churro is absolute garbage, DO NOT GET. It is disgusting. The dough is terrible. Avoid it.

I went today during lunch hour. There were 2 employees and only one of them was trying her best to prepare sandwiches for customers in line and helping the people that had online orders. The other employee was in the fridge and doing other stuff other than helping with the long line. Regardless of the rush, the employee helping customers had the best attitude and was making the best out of the situation. I was amazed at how she was multitasking trying to help customers as fast as she could.

I was overcharged - ordered a large drink ($2.99) and it was billed as some sort of combo ($4.09), and was ALSO charged a bag fee ($0.10) although I specifically requested not to have a bag. See attached receipt along with my order.

(I frequent this location, most of the times things are OK, but this was certainly not an optimal experience)
