I think this location needs to be shutdown, similar to other customers I also experienced them turning down my online order because they didn’t want to honor the promotions. If you have time, you too should report your experience to Subway corporate via their website!!
Overall, they just seem shady and unethical.

Similar to the other reviews, I placed an order via the mobile app for a BOGO offer and when I arrived at the store was told by the employee that the order had been cancelled. I was initially told the mobile ordering system was offline and as I was being told this another customer picked up their mobile ordering. After questioning why the other customer’s mobile order was fulfilled, the employee then changed their story saying it was an issue with the BOGO offer. To add to this, a friend visited this location earlier in the week and was told their order was cancelled because they ran out of a certain ingredient and was convinced to place his order in person without the BOGO offer.
I reviewed the terms of the offer and it isn’t subject to participating franchise locations. I’d suggest you avoid this establishment and support businesses that aren’t engaging in shady practices.

Very short patience amongst the staff. When ever the subway app offers a 50% off promo, this locations system is conveniently down to avoid participation.

Some of the staff seem to have an attitude problem. Also don't order anything for pickup unless you want it untoasted and with missing items. This seems to happen every time.

Avoid this location they’re by far the worst subway I submitted an order and once I got there they told me in a very demanding and rude way they cancel it because the store does not participate in the “promos” and if I want it my sandwich I need it to pay full price when the app clearly say they do and let’s me submit an order, worse experience at a subway ever.

This location is awful. They skimp on all the ingredients, take forever to make the food, and they cancel any app/online orders with a promotion or coupon. Not the kind of store you want representing your franchise.

Does not take online orders anymore, but still lets you place them through the website! Any order successfully placed online will be automatically voided, according to employees there. I found this out after showing up to pick up my order, and it was of course not there.

This is not a bad overall location. My only gripe is that it is constantly a thousand freaking degrees inside this location at all times, which for me makes it impossible to eat here. I don't know if they crank the heat or just never turn on the air, but I can't stand it here. Avoid this location if you want to eat-in, especially on a hot day.
Update. Took away another star, it sucks that this is the only subway near my work and it's unusable. I couldn't even stay in line today, absolutely ridiculously hot in this location.
I had an awful experience at this Subway location. I used the Subway app to order a Footlong #18 The Ultimate B.M.T. and a Footlong #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch, using the discount code FLBOGO. After driving 20 minutes to pick up my order, I was told by a very rude and unkempt woman that my order had been cancelled, and no reason was given as to why. To make matters worse, as I walked into the store, another customer was also complaining about his order being cancelled. Clearly, this location has serious issues with customer service and order management. I won’t be coming back here again. Highly disappointed.
In stark contrast, the 759 Folsom St. Subway is a 5-star location. The staff there are consistently friendly and professional, and every visit is a pleasant experience. That’s my usual go-to spot, and I’ve never had an issue. I’m not sure how I ended up at the 1400 Mission St. store this time, lol but I can guarantee it won’t happen again.

This subway is the worst subway ever the young man behind the counter is extremely rude he let customers stand there for 5 minutes before he said anything I had coupons he said that this subway don’t except coupons all subways except coupons why not this one

Very upset about my experience here yesterday. First of all there were no other customers when I walked in but the person behind the counter kept doing busy work for 5-7 minutes until I said excuse me. Then it took another ten minutes to get my order through to him because apparently English was not his first language. I could not believe it. It was very frustrating and his bad attitude didn't help.And why is it that two Subways I've been to lately have the meat side blocked so you can't see the products or how they are being prepared? The vegetable side is visible but that's not good enough. Until they change this I'm not going to return,and I used to love Subway. But I think it's important to see what they are putting on your sandwich so hiding things like that is unacceptable.

Nice workers but management needs to get AC for the employees. On warmer days it is so hot in there and the employees are sweating. It’s been like this for months if not years. Please fix!!!
