Mobile order wrong, what’s so hard??

Every single online order placed with this store, was not correct. Often missing items, wrong ingredients on sandwiches, even though the receipt clearly says the correct order. You can do better!

I'm really upset about the service they gave my husband, the staff is very arrogant and it's not because they don't speak English very well, that's understandable, but they don't have to bother or make faces when it's their job, otherwise it's very annoying that they don't. They know the menu, I can have a spicy Italian melt and he's still asking me what I wanted when the menu says it, plus I'm talking badly about the customers. My husband understands Spanish very well and my son speaks it and I hear everything the workers said very badly. service.... It's sad that the people who work there don't like their jobs and still think they're doing us customers a favor. Don't go to that Subway. I don't recommend it.

Went to subway to order me a sandwich and one of the employees there was so rude when I was asking her questions. Never in my life i experience that kind customer service in a subway store.

Worst Subway I have ever seen.. The manager should be fired.. The Subway App scanner has not worked for weeks so you can't use your points or pay with the app. The soda machine is constantly broke and the place is always filthy.. Plus the employees have the music so loud you can't hear anything

This place has good breakfast items. But they seem to hire NOT SO NICE PPL!!! The staff including the guy manager are RUDE!!! I'm surprised they get the busy business that they do. It's nothing like the commercials that have you thinking they're friendly. I've had terrible stomach aches from eating the sandwiches. The cookies are hot and delicious. My last straw to make me stop eating there was they had hired some of my dope fiend neighbors and they looked filthy and constantly itching and scratching themselves. Also these were some of the neighbors who would steal from Walgreens across the way. Right there i had lost my appetite and never went back again. The chicken seemed to be spoiled or something. Me and my coworkers, and friends all had gotten sick from eating there. NOT GOING BACK EVER!!!!??

Get the tuna or Italian BMT with tomato sauce. You just ask for what they like and get that. Don't go stones and out might get a ton of stuff or you should because it is healthier that mcdonald's . Let a go with get high and go this Subway.
