I went in, not knowing what to expect but the place is spotless from head to toe, and the two ladies working at the front where nothing but kind and welcoming! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!

Standard subway, friendly service, but Excelsior is somewhat sketchy. This shop got robbed while I was there: some African American teenagers with face covers darted with their sandwiches and drinks without paying for them. It's not the business's fault, but still, doesn't feel good to visit a venue where that happens (the robbers could have been violent and looking to take more than just the food..).

I'm not sure if I ever been in a Subway before. But it was much better than I expected. The workers are nice and helpful. And they don't skimp on the fillings. This nice customer also gave me her coupons so I was able to get a foot long sub for $7.99 (total price). Thank you kind lady!

The subs here are very well made. Many Subways will skimp on the items in the sandwich, but this location does not. The only reason I took off one star for atmosphere is that their front doors were plywood. They may have been vandalized.
