It is impossible to contact them over the phone because the phone number on the app and on google maps is wrong. I accidentally placed my order through the wrong location in the app and can’t call to cancel because this place is impossible to get ahold of.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. On October 27, 2024, at 1:13 pm, an employee who called himself 'Alex' (though the receipt just showed '999997,' like he’s some anonymous factory worker) served me a disgrace of a sandwich. I used an official Subway coupon, and he took that as a reason to cut the ingredients down to less than half. The sandwich looked like a sad, withered version of what it should have been—barely enough to feed a pigeon! I’ve used coupons at other Subways and it was never an issue, but here, it felt like I was punished for being a customer. Alex’s attitude was the rotten cherry on top: no interest, no respect, no courtesy. This Subway is a black hole of customer service. No one should step foot here as long as they keep employees who trash the brand’s reputation like it’s nothing!

Funny how I don't see my review from this past Saturday. I went in 10/12/2024 at around 2:25 pm. The young girl Asian girl behind the counter (only one there) had a huge attitude. She asked me what kind of bread i wanted and I told her flat bread 6". She said they only have one size. After taking out of toaster she asked what I wanted on it I told her but she acted like it was annoying to her that I wanted stuff. I noticed she had two flat breads on the paper and I was wondering why, I didn't say anything but after she put all the stuff I wanted she started rolling up the flat breads together and they were breaking apart and becoming very messy. I told her why did she use two flat breads and she said that's how its made and she had attitude. I told her I order this sandwich ALL THE TIME and it has NEVER been made with two flat breads and never rolled like a wrap. She then said "So you don't want it?" I said no it's a mess!!!! she picked it up and slammed it into the garbage. i told her just give me regular bread. She stomped over picked a roll without asking me what kind and said "So what do you want?" I then said FORGET IT YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND IM GOING TO TALK TO YOUR BOSS. I then left. I never ever write reviews unless i have exceptional service but she was horrible and i really would think twice about leaving her in the front alone. She is defiantly not a people person and obviously does not know how to make the proper sandwiches. So disappointed!!

I went at around 3:40pm with my children. The young Asian employee said he didn’t have change for $100. I said really no change. Than the employee told me do you have a problem because am having a bad day. This type of attitude and behavior is unexceptable. An employee should never speak to a customer in this manner, I felt like he wanted to get physical knowing I had my kids with me. I told him if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t work here.

Don't go here coz they don't accept any promo codes (you can check via official app). And they have no restroom.
My service was a pick up and it was ok. But I did notice a staff member locking the doors to close at 5:30pm on a Saturday? Their online hours are 10am to 9pm? It was odd there was a customer ahead of me that was turned away if I had not done a mobile order I would have saw there posted hours drove down there and it woukd have been closed. In fact I got the sense that the staff member was wairing for my pick-up order so they coukd go home lol!?
