Don't go here coz they don't accept any promo codes (you can check via official app). And they have no restroom.

My service was a pick up and it was ok. But I did notice a staff member locking the doors to close at 5:30pm on a Saturday? Their online hours are 10am to 9pm? It was odd there was a customer ahead of me that was turned away if I had not done a mobile order I would have saw there posted hours drove down there and it woukd have been closed. In fact I got the sense that the staff member was wairing for my pick-up order so they coukd go home lol!?

I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up, one with double meat and one with 50% more meat. Both came like a standard sandwhich, barely any meat. Scammed me. Worker are cool and there is parking. But damn.

Is it still considered a "sandwich" if it only has a single layer of turkey slices? The veggies look sad and gross and just keep getting sliced more and more thinly, which only exacerbates their sad, gross appearance. The staff here look so depressed all the time and I can't blame them. They're always constantly touching the sandwich with the inside of their forearm also, as they struggle to fold it over and "cut" it with those dull knives they use. Maybe time to use long gloves. We only come here because it's a stone's throw from our house and sometimes we need to grab something quickly while we're doing something else at Lakeshore Plaza i.e. UPS or Post Office. There's dozens of sandwich shops nearby, all better than this place. One extra star for being in a location conveniently near the post office, FedEx, UPS and the other things that we do regularly in the Plaza because life.

Worst subway experience. And yes, that's an already very low bar.A sad sandwich. And even sadder sandwich maker. This is America tho, so... everyday we watch the slow death of our health and sanity.

They'll literally make you wait forever and then just cancel your order. This place is a joke and they don't care.

Had a coupon from Subway. I was told the scanner wasn't working. I said then just ring up $3.99. The girl at the counter said "they don't accept those ". Not a very good business practice.

Inflation has definitely affected Subway sandwiches. They're just not like they used to be there. Very skinny and not much meat unless you order a double meat.

It doesn’t accept Subway coupons. Won’t go again!

Bought a foot long with 4.5 pieces of roast beef. This doesn't look like the pictures at all. I won't be back to this Subway unless they can at least double that. Come on really..

I don’t know how they did it, but that was the worst subway sandwich I have ever had. They skimped on every ingredient and somehow it wasn’t even cooked thoroughly??

By far the worst subway I've ever been to, which is saying something, considering how little most locations care. Paid $11 for a footlong with literally only 4 small slices of Turkey. Definitely won't be returning...

This store generally has a lengthy wait, even when there aren't many customers. As of late, we have noticed a lot more going downhill:1) The store hours listed online are different than what is posted at the restaurant. And lately we've experienced "emergency close early" signs posted, when arriving to pick up our online order. (Thankfully after knocking on the door for awhile, someone kindly let us in to get to the pre-ordered/made meal!)2) We have also had 2 recent experiences where the chips we ordered were not in the bag.3) Last night, we ordered 2 Italian salads with extra meats ($2.70 extra per salad) and requested extra lettuce. The salads didn't have the extra meats or lettuce - I wasted $5.40. Another salad in our order didn't have one of the requested toppings. (And a bag of chips was missing - add another $2 wasted).4) They do not have a working phone number to reach anyone at the store.5) Sometimes they don't have containers for the salads. If you order ahead, I would suggest planning to arrive at least :60min before their posted closing time, just in case they decide to close early.Or skip this location altogether.
