2 out of every 5 times I order, it is incorrect…40% of the time. They never follow specific instructions online. If you go in person sandwiches are made sloppily and without care. They never pick up the phone. This is one of the worst Subways in the country. I was a loyal customer, but no more. These guys shouldn’t own a business.

I got tuna and unfortunately it was inedible. It was so mushy and tasted like a fake food. This was the worst tuna sandwich I ever tried from all the subways I’ve been to.

Staff is bad, Nepali girl specially the bags are not good. Gave cold food. I was asked to heat bread. Gave cold food. And Italian was told to give another one and charged high price.
The service is not bad nor good. No sense of direction really, one person prepping the bread and meat while the other adds condiments. But then whenever they get another Costumer they completely leave yours there without finishing it to work on a new order. Highly Disappointed and was not worth the money. Avoid this subways 👨🦯

A shame because it’s good location in the city but ruined by unhappy staff with zero customer service skills. Very stingy with ingredients and then lady seemed reluctant to even put salad on my sandwiches

Menu says you get “ham, salami, and bologna” but you check what you got and it’s all the SAME meat? Only the cheapest #baloney for this store.
(Is this true for all Subway locations now and I’m just noticing it? The chain really is bottoming out isn’t it 🤦)
