Sandwich was frozen cold when we receive. They didn't even oven the bread, cheese was not at all melted . Lady serving seemed rude to other customers too.

Hi family stopped by the subway to get a sandwich. Customer service was good. Got a turkey sandwich and a tuna sandwich.

They were able to fill a 40- sandwich order for our bicycle race staff quickly and efficiently.
By far the worse managed subway I’ve been to. Staff Never really seem present and are constantly making mistakes. Recently made an order for 6’ Philly cheesesteak but was charged for a footlong, at least 5$ difference in price before tax. I was given 2$ back but it was the fact the lady try to break it down to me as if I didn’t know simple math between the price for a 6’ sandwich and a footlong. Definitely recommend trying out different places in the area and stay clear from here

This is the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Total scam. They advertise two big “Meal of the Day” deals, but in reality, there is no deal.
I clearly told the employee I wanted 3 Meal of the Day items: 2 Turkey, 1 BMT. At no point did she inform me that the BMT was not part of the deal. When I went to pay, I was charged $43 — full price — and then they told me the BMT wasn’t included, so they refused to give me the third chips and drink.
Even on the receipt, it shows I was charged regular prices, not any special deal. So if there’s no real deal, then don’t lie to customers with fake ads. That’s false advertising.
I insisted on being charged fairly, but the employee didn’t care at all. Total scam. Avoid this location.

Subway is in a desolate shopping center. Service is slow. Prices are high for a subway but probably in line with the tourist heavy area. If you're here on holiday get some yummy local food and skip the poor service here even if you're familiar with the brand.

How can you put only one person in the cuisines? That is crazy! After 30 mins, we decided with friends to leave bc how long this was!
Great subway! We’re from Spokane, wa and visit this location everytime we’re in town! Last 6 times same lady has made our sub, she is quiet but she is so kind and super efficient and the subs are always excellent! She takes her time and makes the subs so pretty and tasty. Thank you for always doing the best!
Ridiculously slow. We waited 20 min just for a nacho and there were only one other group ahead of us, who had also been waiting for a while
My recent experience at the Subway location in North Point Center was deeply disappointing. The service deficiencies were apparent from the moment I entered the establishment.
Upon arrival, I observed staff members engaged in personal conversations, laughing and chatting while customers waited in line. My simple sandwich order required nearly 20 minutes to complete, despite only two customers ahead of me. This excessive wait time appeared to stem from the staff's lack of focus on customer service.
When my turn finally arrived, the employee seemed visibly annoyed at having to interrupt her conversation. Throughout the order process, she repeatedly sighed and displayed an exasperated demeanor, as though serving customers was an inconvenience rather than her primary responsibility.
Despite the extended preparation time, my order was still incorrect. I had specifically requested no tomatoes, yet my sandwich contained them, and the bread choice was different from what I had specified.
Most concerning was the unprofessional atmosphere. The staff member raised her voice at another customer who politely inquired about the status of their order. This behavior created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present.
The combination of inattentive service, excessive wait times, order inaccuracies, and unprofessional conduct makes it impossible for me to recommend this location. I hope management addresses these serious service deficiencies promptly or risk significant damage to the Subway brand and this establishment's reputation among local customers.
