WORST SUBWAY ON EARTH I live nearby and order delivery several times, DOUBLE MEAT and there's never more than a slice or two. TERRIBLE STORE - DO NOT ORDER HERE they deserve to go out of business.

They slathered mayo all over it even though it was ordered specifically without.

Then they decided they would get back to us in an hour.

I don't know what's wrong with places these days, but this place is terrible.

This is the second time they've done this. One time is a mistake, twice is just incompetence.

I had an extremely bad experience at this Subway location. I placed my order using my Subway app and paid fully using my available Subway credit. Even though the receipt clearly showed a $0 balance because the payment was already applied, the employee refused to give me my food, repeatedly saying that I “paid nothing.” She clearly had no understanding of how the Subway app or rewards system works and showed no interest in listening when I tried to explain. Instead of checking or asking a supervisor, she argued with me and acted unprofessionally. This behavior was reckless and unacceptable, and refusing to give a customer their paid order is completely wrong. I was embarrassed, frustrated, and extremely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service and training at this location. Never visit this subway again 🚫

I had a very bad experience at the Subway restaurant recently. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers, and the service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not being very busy. The employee preparing my order was careless, did not follow basic hygiene standards, and appeared annoyed when I asked simple questions about the menu. On top of that, my sandwich was poorly made and did not match what I ordered. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and it has left me hesitant to visit this location again. Thanks i will never visit your restaurant again ❌

Sandwich was frozen cold when we receive. They didn't even oven the bread, cheese was not at all melted . Lady serving seemed rude to other customers too.

By far the worse managed subway I’ve been to. Staff Never really seem present and are constantly making mistakes. Recently made an order for 6’ Philly cheesesteak but was charged for a footlong, at least 5$ difference in price before tax. I was given 2$ back but it was the fact the lady try to break it down to me as if I didn’t know simple math between the price for a 6’ sandwich and a footlong. Definitely recommend trying out different places in the area and stay clear from here

This is the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Total scam. They advertise two big “Meal of the Day” deals, but in reality, there is no deal.

I clearly told the employee I wanted 3 Meal of the Day items: 2 Turkey, 1 BMT. At no point did she inform me that the BMT was not part of the deal. When I went to pay, I was charged $43 — full price — and then they told me the BMT wasn’t included, so they refused to give me the third chips and drink.

Even on the receipt, it shows I was charged regular prices, not any special deal. So if there’s no real deal, then don’t lie to customers with fake ads. That’s false advertising.

I insisted on being charged fairly, but the employee didn’t care at all. Total scam. Avoid this location.
