Everyone was very polite, quick in making the sandwiches and tasted just like they should for Subway. Atmosphere can only get so good at the airport, but the restaurant was nice and clean. ?

Food choices at RNO are kind of a mixed bag, with this Subway and McDonald's (down the hall) being the 2 main fast food chain options. This Subway offers beer (which I've so far declined) and is on the way to the Alaska gates and just past the Joey Gilbert (is he really fighting for me?) advertisement. A few days ago, I ordered one of my usuals (tuna on toasted wheat) and it tasted like any other sandwich I've ordered from any Subway I've visited. I suppose that sort of across-the-nation consistency is a good thing, especially with modest expectations of what I'm getting for the money. And the meal did get me though a flight to PDX, travel to see my Son, and to Dinner.

I am a flight attendant and I had no food. I had a few minutes to grab food.I got a six inch sub.The bread was so dry! The worker didn't cut the bread fresh. He just grabbed it off the counter.I'm pissed! If I was not working I'd return and have him make it fresh. But I can't get off the plane. And I'm starving so I ate around the hard parts.

They looked closed, the staff didn't want to help, they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. Diet soda wasn't working. Simultaneously the worst and most expensive sandwich I've ever had.

Under new ownership since May 2022 it's been a very welcome change they are fast , efficient and happy. They are open from 4 am - 10 pm very hard working employees. Love it

Like, expectations are that you will leave fed. But holy bananas. Dude was quick, courteous, and pure quality. I would take a picture of him.but while there are no customers, he is making the back of the house shine.
