Watch out for the employee named Francisco or Fernando if you have a pick-up order. Apparently, I was not supposed to let him know that I was there for a pick-up order - he will complain and tell you he's busy. This outstanding employee works during the week around lunch time. Should I have just waited around and not said anything?

The vegetables looked like they had been there a week. Wilted lettuce and spinach. The cucumbers weren't even the proper color. The bread I am pretty sure was from the day or two before. Super disappointed in the quality.

Subway scams you on your BOGO online orders by offering half of the sandwich material that is veggies and protein.Rude customer service, staff and owner needs to go through customer service training. Go somewhere else. No wonder this is least start subway restaurant,.

Pathetic and rude customer service. Owner asian lady is scamming customers who order online by offering half of the quantity what you usually find in other Subway stores and scamming either by charging extra or offering less food as others have pointed out. They have trained the staff to cut the corners. Stay away from this store.

An old Latino person working at the counter prepping the sandwiches got mad and started lecturing me about my order because I ask him to add spinach and cucumbers to my sandwich, and he told me No with a big attitude, and he started scolding me about my order at the register. I'm a Latina but his attitude sounded and looks like he doesn't have the patients to interact with Latino people. He was arrogant at all times. I paid for my order and asked him the reason why he was mad and he never apologize to me.

Horrible customer service ! I walked in at 5:30 pm todayGoogle maps said place closes at 6 but the server was extremely rude he comes in shaking his head and yells to go only ! And then starts making my sandwich almost as if he hated me being there ! I work can customer service too … this is just not the right attitude… go to another subway with friendly service

This subway makes you feel very uncomfortable the employees Stay Speaking not in English when your ordering they talk so much they put the wrong items on sandwich do not care about allergies at all

They overcharged and when I called it out, the guy was rushing and barely saying anything audible. So I got overcharged like $8 compared to other locations.

One star for being open. Bread was old, hard and crusty. I had the six inch Black Forest Ham. Meat was warm (but I didn't get sick.) Restaurant was filthy. Service was extremely rude. I know the service gets pennies to make my sandwich but there are thousands of people that know how to pretend to be nice. It's my fault for coming here.

I shoulda read the reviews before I came in. The employee here, Manger or employee. I didn't get his name but he's Hispanic. I wlak in, he doesn't greet me. So I asked I simple question, I got the most uninterested sounding answer and then saying I'll be right with you he just stands behind the counter for like an a tire two minutes and doesn't say anything to me. The walks up to me and says "yeah" needless to say I ordered but this the first and last time I'll be at THIS SUBWAY

The sandwich was as expected. When I went there the people in the back saw me, but no one helped me for 5 min. I was the only one there, so it wasn't like they were busy or anything.
