Was surprised to see that the burger was a smash burger. The food came quickly and it tasted pretty good. The portions were okay, just enough to be filling.
Overall it’s a solid location for a quick lunch or dinner, not too expensive either.

I have travelled around the world and honestly I think this is the most perfect, juiciest burger I’ve ever had. Shared the Super burger with my partner for an afternoon snack with fries. The service was fast and friendly too. Such a great find considering we decided to try it on a whim - the great reviews are real. For SFO, also very reasonably priced.

The best burger I’ve EVER had. (Much better than in/out to settle the SF argument). The only thing that could make these burgers better is brioche buns. Fries are amazing here.

Worst soft serve experience ever. The cone was completely hollow, and for $7 all I got was a tiny portion. Barely three swirls. I was shocked at how ridiculously small it was, especially when made by the staff (a Hispanic lady and a blonde lady). That’s just unacceptable and feels like a scam.
I went back and asked for a new one, and the guy working was polite and gave me the proper portion: tall, several swirls, and filled all the way inside. Clearly, some staff are cutting corners while others do it right.
Stop being cheap with customers. It feels dishonest and ruins the experience. I usually love Super Duper, but after this, I won’t return to this location.
