And says that we must finally ask if there is anything we want to know or have questions about the food.We ordered 4* coke and food. We didn't like the taste of their coke (taste of chlorine) and wanted to cancel drinking. It was no problem. Got money back. And the waiter brought us bottled water instead. Without calculation.YUM a burger. Really good, tasty and juicy burgers and chicken sandwiches. So good that we had to order another burger ?Nice to see the staff laughing and having a really good atmosphere behind the counter. A place where you feel welcome to that extent. Will come again ?

Such amazing burgers first and foremost. But also wanted to say Jared went above and beyond accommodating us, I don't eat cheese and unfortunately the fries we ordered had cheese on them, so Jared gave us a portion of plain french fries within a few seconds and on the house which was very kind and efficient. Really enjoyed our experience at Super Duper Burgers and we'll be back next time we're in San Francisco! Thank you!

No way to order on screen without US phone number, burger was oily (including the bread), cheese not tasty at all, vegetables (tomatoes) apparently not fresh. The worst were the highly rated garlic fries. Not crunchy at all, more like mashed potatoes, almost no garlic on top, but again lot of cheapest cheese. Disgusting.

Today I walked into one of my favorite burger places, to wait in line at a touchscreen, while a party of four took forever to figure out how to order, and no fewer than six employees stood not 10 feet away, basically staring at us all because there were no other people ordering. This is a horrible experience, not to mention the fact that I was asked to leave a tip at the end of this touchscreen experience. Not one of those six people said hello, how are you doing? Or anything. When I received my order, it was just a number called, no thank you, no nothing. This is a dramatically Inferior experience compared to what I used to have at Super Duper burger. I won’t be returning.

Overall, this restaurant is one of the best burger restaurants that I visited. I liked the self-service option were you can order by your self. The burger taste really good. In addition to the burger, I ordered cheese fries but they were not that good. I also added lemon juice to the order but it was not shown that the juice is not fresh and this actually disappointed me.

The best burger in San Francisco. They are particular about the ingredients and make their products after ordering. The shakes are also delicious. I'm also thankful that I can make pickled cucumbers (tasty, similar to lightly pickled vegetables) by myself. There are convenient parking spaces in front and back of the store.I often eat here when I have friends visiting from Japan, and they all say it's delicious.
