Good quality burgers with reasonable wait times. Milk shakes were ok. Our garlic fries were an oily soggy mess. No table service, self-service sodas and free pickles. Seating is ok but not very comfortable, also the music is loud inside making it hard to have a conversation .

I think that the food was fine, it was just that it cost a lot of money for the price. We went here for my wife's birthday hoping it could become a special place, instead we had to go somewhere else after here to feel like we had got enough good. If I would have had an idea of how much food $20 would get you, I would have likely went elsewhere. I think there is better quality and more good elsewhere - as someone who spent $35 here and did not get full.

man bun with glasses was so rude grabbed a water cup he throws away the cup to give me a tiny cup, that i have to get up and refill constantly instead of being able to enjoy my meal on my break learn how to talk to people. your approach was so rude to literally throw a cup away asked for his name coworker said they prefer not to say but it’s louis i believe.

I been here during late night when I was craving for a burger while I was very hungry. Upon arrival, there was a bit of a line, but I did not mind it since I needed some time to decide what to get since it was my first time here in general. Finally it was my turn to order and I was met with one of their welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs that made the process a quick and easy one. I decided to order to go since my friend was waiting in the car where parking was not the best option in the area due to the overall safety. Everything was made to order which is the way I like it and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. Luckily I still captured a photo of my order even though I conquered my burger in a minute or two due to hunger. I highly recommend this place to all burger enthusiasts, if you are looking to try something new or in need of a quick bite just like me. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

Has potential to be yummy, but they missed the mark. What may appear as carmalization on the meat patty doesn’t offer taste. I can’t put my finger on it why this burger was bland. Perhaps lack of salt? Perhaps lack of carmalization? Perhaps the beef is too lean?My garlic fries were drenched in oil, it was quite excessive. It is a plus that they’re open late, also thank you for your free pickles. Service was nice, for the little interaction you get with the self-service business model. I’m trying to be constructive, hopefully this isn’t too mean.
