We ordered to go from their computer kiosk. My order was as ordered but my 10 year old niece got everything she didn't want. We were already home do didn't want to go back. I had to scrape everything off and use it own cheese to fix it. Ten year olds have specific taste. She ordered bacon but got mushrooms and onions. She will never go back

Mushroom burger tasted like lighter fluid and burgers were too dry and no seasoning. We visited at 5pm and tall Hispanic cashier guy was incredibly rude and confrontational.This place has some tidying up to do.

Hat tip to this team. These guys hustle. Extremely busy store, lots of Door Dash and Internet orders. Sometimes at peak times you might need to wait a bit past your projected order time, but you always get what you order. No messed up orders. Always friendly.
Today's visit was for just fries and a drink. Great fries. The place is clean.. but...they have added those awful kiosks to order. Ok,I get it. It is not very friendly to use. One can learn quickly. So the lack of customer service dropped for me. The tipping rate starts at 18percent,at the kiosk. That's nervy. I did have human interaction at pick up. Tipping culture for machines is not a good move.

One star because after over a decade, SuperDuper still be can't get its web presence figured out (in San Francisco, which is arguably still a town full of web designers.). Every online ordering platform you've ever had has been substandard. Even now Toast forces us to manually enter our entire phone number and then a code every time?! I'm using the same iPhone, so just remember me like every other app on my phone does now in 2024! Year after year all of your problems are obviously still management not working half as hard as we see everybody in your kitchen working. Here's an example: just entered ZIP Code 94110 into your website and instead of your website giving me Market Castro, you give me Napa. See pic.

Not so friendly, a tad rude and abrupt. I shouldn't have tipped, but I did. I've been a server in the past , not fast food, so you would think the person taking order would have a kinder demeanor. Burger was great, tho, so 4 stars to the ppl in back cooking and prepping !!!
