Service was awful. No one ever checked on us to see how our food was or if we needed anything. Person filling water seemed very put out, no smiles or small talk just rbf. We had the French toast which was NOT good at all and barely touched... and the ramyun which was literally just prepackaged ramen with veggies in it. The only thing this restaurant has going for it, is the bacon. Holy crap that bacon is good. Oh the matcha was good also. But bacon and matcha don't make a restaurant. So very disappointed. Won't be back.

The entire ambiance of the restaurant was simply outstanding, creating a truly wonderful and enjoyable environment. The location itself is also exceptional, adding to the overall charm. We went here for a team dinner and it was a great decision. You must try the bacon appetizer dish, it's incredible. Our host Noi was also wonderful., in particular, was truly impressive, providing excellent customer service and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend giving this place a try; you absolutely won't regret the experience.

Good but nothing crazy. Got the millionaires bacon and fried chicken. Both were fine.

Excellent food, drinks and service.

Fantastic brunch place. They offer the classics as well as Korean fusion options. We tried both and were not disappointed. Great bacon, french toast and bulgogi. Seating available inside and outside (heated)

Came to visit San Francisco, didn't expect to to enjoy the food here so much! I'm from LA, I'd go back to San Francisco just to eat back at Surisan... It's that good! Food is clean, high quality, and pack with unique flavors. Loved it!

That food is similar with Korean food about 80%. In holiday. You should avoid lunch time because you will wait.

We chanced upon this place as we were searching for a place to eat dinner near our hotel. And what a fine discovery!

They were able to accommodate us even without a reservation because we got there early. The food was superb! It’s a fusion place but it tasted distinctly Korean — which we absolutely love! You can order anything here and you won’t be disappointed. We were so enamored by this place that we ate here twice during our weeklong vacation in San Francisco.

Came here right at 9 a.m. on a Monday for breakfast. The interior has a nice modern café and homey feel. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the best. Our server forgot to order my food, so I had to wait until everyone else was finished eating before mine came out. They offered me a specialty fruit drink and 20% off my dish, which ended up being about $5 off. I appreciated the gesture, but considering the situation, I think comping the dish would’ve been more appropriate, especially since I don’t drink juice or soda, so the fruit drink went untouched.

As for the food, the French toast was definitely the highlight with a crispy outside and creamy center that was really well done. I ordered the Surisan Scramble, which was decent, though the bread that came with it was a bit burnt. Overall, the food was pretty good, but the service missed the mark and made the experience just okay.

Great food and service.

Hey its Gerard

Went here for brunch. Ordered millionaires bacon - nothing special, candied bacon. Beef short rib benedict, braised pork belly rice, 1 americano, 1 cappucino - total 110 including tip. I enjoyed my meal, i found the experience overpriced.
