I want to set expectations appropriately for this review. If you are looking for good sit down sushi, this is not your spot. If you are looking for to-go sushi and you would not settle for Safeway sushi (because we all know that refrigerated sushi rice is just gross) but you are okay with going downscale, then this is your place. The food is pretty consistent. There is not a lot of variety, but it is decent and it is cheap. The big boxes are very affordable and are great for 3-4 people and the cream puffs, once they defrost on the counter, are a great little sweet for the end of the meal. This is a good quick meal for the end of a really long day. Put your feet up. Watch a movie. Have some sushi. Have a cream puff. You'll feel better.

3.5 stars rounded down. got to go from this place on uber eats and honestly its fine??? we got a bogo deal and I got the two things which ended up being pretty decent. I will say that it looks pretty terrible to eat and the cucumber also looked questionalbe but overall, okay

Tasty sushi rolls on the go. Classic Japanese fare for everyone to enjoy. All the staples and basic dishes are here and they are delicious. The have a great selection of different sushi combinations you can choose from. And all for a reasonable price. Aside from the cool box it comes in they load you up with sauces and utensils, very nice. All in all this spot is legit and I’ve definitely have reordered since. Dos sushi’s ?? up

The service was good! It is 100% a takeout place. The ambiance was nothing out of the ordinary of a regular take-out place where you order at the counter (ex: McDonald's, subway, etc.). The food was not good. The gyoza tasted like it was either made earlier and then popped into the microwave or it was frozen and then microwaved. It was so hard to eat. The sushi was not good. I seemed to have gotten all of the bites where the fishtail was, making it worse, but my friends were all in agreement. Would not come back. We ended up throwing away a bit of food, and went to eat somewhere else. We only ate it so it wouldn't go to waste, but our stomach hurt after so, will not be doing that again. Note: this is coming from someone who doesn't like to leave negative reviews.

In the context of a kid's birthday party, it was a fun time. The kids enjoyed the rolls, gyoza and edamame. They also have some claw games and gacha machines. The menu is quite limited, so not sure I'd come to eat on my own.

I have ordered delivery from Sushi Go Go multiple times now, and they've always been fast at completing orders and great at packaging food. They use a cardboard box that makes it very hard to smush the sushi itself, and they even include a small aluminum dish to pour your soy sauce! I've ordered seared salmon nigiri and salmon rolls, and have always enjoyed my food

This is a mediocre but acceptable sushi place in Fisherman's Wharf. It's probably more appealing to the tourist than the local, but the food is inoffensive. You order from a tablet, they bring it out, if you so choose you can play with some Magic Claw type games while you wait. Ambiance is kind of nonexistent. Miso soup is boiling hot. They only have regular sodas (i.e. no Diet Coke), and it's about a half notch up from grocery store sushi.

This restaurant popped up as a deal one day on Doordash, so decided to give it a try. It was fairly cheap for sushi, as a roll can be $16-18 elsewhere. I was intrigued by the box of sushi, so ordered it. It was pretty decent for the price, although most of the rolls included were California roll-esque, just with different toppings or sauce. Most of them were similar in composition, I would compare it to the sushi you can get at Whole Foods or Safeway. It does hit the spot when you are craving cheap sushi though, so I would recommend trying it.

I would really say 3.5/5, bur great place for some good quick sushi, and surprisingly the salmon quality is fantastic! I got the Orange Box to share with my partner and while mostly all the rolls were salmon based, the salmon was fantastic, especially the sashimi. The rice tasted a bit stale, maybe a little old so the sashimi was definitely much better out of everything in the box. I would definitely recommend because the price is not bad but the quality is questionable so you'll get a nice surprise! There are tables to sit but we just took it to go after waiting maybe 15 minutes!

Fast service and tastes good. Very efficient with the order entry via tablet and pick up at the window.
