Picked up from this place and was SO delighted! Everything was so fresh and flavorful perfect texture and well balanced!
Here’s what we got:
Romeo & Juliet Roll- the salmon and scallops were both perfect! Large size!
Tekka Roll & Negihama Roll- just great staples
Crab Cheese Puffs- honestly the best I’ve had!
Salmon Toro - perfect texture, super buttery!

Was really good when they first opened, now quality is a bit hit or miss
Went with a reservation, no one greeted me or my son. SOON as another male came in, they greeted him and HE told them I was there first and asked me if I had a reservation. Was not fond of that and set the tone for the rest of the meal. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I have only been once, but so far it's decent! Sushi was good, no tough seaweed and it was nicely handmade. The miso soup was delicious. The prices are reasonable. There is plenty of seating. I would come back. I'm still trying to find our new K's Kitchen, which was excellent and closed down. I will have to try more creative rolls next time to see if Sushi Sheng can compare.
The only thing I didn't like were all the tvs mounted, but I'm sure sports fans would appreciate it, for me it ruins the atmosphere. Oh and the salmon in the Alaska roll was chewy. The waitress seemed a bit brusque, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed. A good neighborhood spot.

our son goes to the coder school across the street and that's how we found out about this place. we came on a weeknight and almost closing time , but we received the full service and hospitality that they seem to be known for. the sushi were fresh. the oysters were fresh and absolutely cheap for the quality and taste. we devoured our food. it was heavy on flavor and freshness and doesn't have too much rice

Excellent sushi and service! Atmosphere is nice and cozy, too! Tends to get busy on the weekends and there are no reservations, so plan accordingly.
