Sutter Pub & Restaurant

Would NOT recommend the grilled salmon - tasted somewhat too fishy and seemed to be pan seared, not grilled. The flavor of the mango chutney was good although perhaps a tad too sweet. Overall, this dish isn’t worth the price. However, the ambience inside the pub and the people working there are nice if you’d like to stop in for a brew.

It's just a typical neighborhood bar. The wings were phenomenal !! The nachos i had were okay, kind of dry. Please give them a try!!

Cosy pub, good beer (even some belgian ones). Great for a bite as well.

Good food and good atmosphere - similar to a small UK pub, but still has food :-). Service was prompt and friendly. Happy Hour specials were good and good value for central SF.

I had the fish and chips. They were amazing. My only complaint would be portion size. I could use a bit more fish-wise. The lady tending bar was very nice. Beers were great. I absolute love it here. Will return.

Wonderful pub atmosphere nestled into San Francisco. Came here for lunch while in the city. The value and quality of the food was very good. Had the loaded fries and a burger, and couldn’t finish them all they were so filling! Also the Guinness on draft was as it should be, full of nitro.

Lovely service but disappointing "Veggie sandwich". No flavor in the sandwich but I liked the unique vegetables like broccoli inside. The side salad was fresh and balsamic dressing on the side was delicious.
The side of "Garlic fries" my friend got were extremely flavorful too.
I was also disappointed by the limited and non-innovative vegetarian options on the menu.

The food was soooo good! We all took bits of each other's food. If I lived in San Francisco, I would eat here all the time!

We had something to drink (beer and cider) and ordered some wings with cheese sauce as an appetizer. We went early, around 1pm and it wasn't very busy but by
Happy Hour must be a perfect option. The decoration of the bar is very cool and very pub-style.
The cider was delicious!

The Nutella French toast I had was incredible. Definitely got my sugar fix here. I like how it’s decorated as well.
