The service is great but the food is terrible. Come here for drinks NOT food.
Would be nice to have real silverware to eat with. Staff is great. But materials and prices are awful!

I chose this place over Lark Creek Grill right across the hall due to my familiarity with Sweet Maple and because it seemed less crowded. However, it’s nothing like the Sweet Maple in Lower Pac Heights.
I ordered the regular breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, bacon, and tater tots. The scrambled eggs were dry, tasted like they had just come out of the microwave, and the portion was small.
To top it off, they served my food on a plastic plate despite me dining in the restaurant, which was disappointing. At least at Lark Creek Grill , you get a full plate of food with proper plates and silverware.

Very bad breakfast. Scrambled eggs from a carton, regular bacon, tater tots that were overly greasy, boring toast that wasn't toasted all the way through (no crunch at all) for $20 before tax and tip. Only given wooden utensils and a cardboard bowl to eat out of. The service was fine but the food was subpar. I'm never coming back again.

Effectively a self service bar at the airport. Ordering is through a QR code at the table. They have only Coors and Blue Moon on tap. I ordered a burger dine in that was obviously made from a frozen patty and was served in an open to go box with cheap to go utensils. Prices on the ordering app are about 10% higher than on the physical menu and they charge a 5% service fee for walking food from the kitchen. There are far better places to eat within 100 feet that have a similar menu at cheaper prices and service that is actually worth paying for.

You have to pull up app & order. No one comes to your table. Ordering a “neat” drink comes on ice.,Almost all of thier beers are out of stock. I wanted a Kolch got a Coors light. $2 cheaper & was not given credit. Would not go!!!

Terrible service from the girl who serves, forced to give her the highest tip and they definitely have no idea about providing service to people, we ate because we had already paid, but I would never recommend this place

The server touched my plate twice while I was eating.
Stop by to wait for my flight, nice clean bar for a quick beer. No complaints.

Customer service is non-existent. When I got to the counter the lady just stared at me. I finally realized she wanted me to start talking, so I did and ordered the ~$20 pulled pork sandwich with fries. It was ready in 5 minutes, but it came out barely warm. Fries were mushy. Just a blah experience.

But a shadow of what the original Sweet Maple is.Do not get the Millionaires bacon. It is TERRIBLE. Chewy, flavorless, and insanely expensive for 2 pieces (not 4) of bacon. The only reason to go here is to see how terrible it is comparatively.
