Serving fast food very, very slowly. This place is truly bad. Don’t get pulled in…

Wang is a great server. Hustles and keeps everyone’s glasses full. Nachos were good but the chips fell apart too easily though.
Went on a Thursday around 5:30. It was empty. The price was reasonable and service was quick.

This place was super dead so wasn’t sure what to expect, my server Ley was lovely, as well as my drink & food. After walking like a mile to get to my gate from customs I am feeling 10/10 after this meal. A little pricey but everywhere in Cali is pricey. Got my drink within 5 minutes and my food within 10-12 minutes. Would come again, lovely energy, service, and food :)

Microwaved chicken served on paper with wooden cutlery. This place was designed by AI and never tested on humans. Ate here on a layover, it was by far the most expensive and worst meal of the trip. Drinks were fine.

Disgrace to the sweet maple name. Awful food, mediocre service and to top it all off, everything served with disposable cutlery and plates. Avoid at all costs
The beer list is sketchy, lots listed, minimal available. Disappointing. Left without ordering.

Hugo was our server. He was so kind and generous. The food was eh but Hugo made the difference.
Food is decent (not great) but the service was atrocious.
The waitress seemed completely unfamiliar with the concept of “write the orders down”, and consequently was constantly checking back to make sure the details of the order were right….only for her to still get it wrong. Maybe just write these down instead of juggling five tables’ orders in your head?
She also neglected to mention that one of the sides, fries, were missing until it was too late and she was giving the food at the table. Maybe lead with that?
The place was also dusty and overall unkept. How did I convince myself to eat here?
Not at all like the SF restaurant. Normal crappy airport food.

Made the mistake of eating here without checking the reviews because I’ve eaten at their normal, non-airport location and liked it. This airport version is nothing like original.
$13 seemed like a good price for the 4 pieces of millionaires bacon because in their normal location, it’s 4 normal sized pieces. In the airport they cut the normal size pieces in half and call it 4 pieces.
The $23 burger and fries have no salt or flavor whatsoever.
The service is great but the food is terrible. Come here for drinks NOT food.
Would be nice to have real silverware to eat with. Staff is great. But materials and prices are awful!

I chose this place over Lark Creek Grill right across the hall due to my familiarity with Sweet Maple and because it seemed less crowded. However, it’s nothing like the Sweet Maple in Lower Pac Heights.
I ordered the regular breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, bacon, and tater tots. The scrambled eggs were dry, tasted like they had just come out of the microwave, and the portion was small.
To top it off, they served my food on a plastic plate despite me dining in the restaurant, which was disappointing. At least at Lark Creek Grill , you get a full plate of food with proper plates and silverware.
