This place was absolutely amazing. The food was great and then employees were incredible. It was very easy to ask questions and to get a gluten-free meal. My first salad was so good that I went for a walk and then came back and got another one to take back to my hotel for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will absolutely go back again if in the area.

good spot
Unfriendly and unhelpful staff
I was downtown just tooling around with Pergoinious Haggstaller, the ex Tuba player for the Guerneville Rockettes Marching Band. Pergoinious was literally drummed out by the entire percussion section because he decided to get a flat top haircut instead of the mullet like the rest of them! We celebrated his freedom downtown with a deliciously amazing lunch at his favorite place...Sweetgreen!

One of the less friendly sweet greens I’ve visited across America. I felt rushed making my food order and given exceptionally small portions of the extras I paid for

Went in 40 minutes before closing and they were already out of half the menu. When I asked if they had blackened chicken, the response was, “Can’t you see?”—in a rude tone. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience.
The service and food are very good, I would return without hesitation.
Sweetgreen gets kind of a bad rap for its prices, which is fair, however the food itself is pretty solid man. Can’t lie.
Got a hot honey chicken bowl with sweet potato, blackened chicken, quinoa, and some veggies. They gave a lot of chicken and it was tender and seasoned, the sweet potatoes were made perfectly, and the rest of the bowl was solid.
Sauces were good too. It was yummy. Now was it worth $18… that’s debatable lol(I had a coupon that made it $10, which is 100% worth it) It’s high quality food in downtown sf, it is what it is. But it’s good. Service is kinda spotty.

I come here at least 3 times a week for lunch, mobile ordering my food every time and every time my order is completed a bit earlier and perfect every time. The staff here, especially Judith, who I see frequently are super kind, efficient, and friendly. I have never had a bad meal or experience at this Sweetgreen.
