Honestly this place is very confused about how mobile orders are to be picked up. Sometimes it’s the main door, sometimes it’s a second door 50 feet away. Sometimes it’s waiting behind the counter and you need to wait 5 minutes for someone to have a second to check if it’s there. Sometimes it’s on a shelf accessible to you. There’s got to be a better way.

Would be 4 or 5 stars if there was a reusable bowl/packaging takeout option. It would be amazing if Sweetgreen would offer reusable bowls (similar to Just Salad or like Mixt used to with Dispatch goods)

I love Sweetgreen, but employees at this location are actively unpleasant. I’ve worked in the service industry and get that everyone has a bad day, but every time I come to this location it’s the same story. The person in front of me had their salad slammed down and the employee just pointed to the POS system for the customer to tap her card before yelling “Next!” — the employee was also visibly frustrated that the woman wanted more dressing… and then she wants a tip? Something needs to change here.

I have been regularly going to this Sweetgreen since returning to the office. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Julio. He is super friendly, has an awesome sense of humor, gives great suggestions, and makes the whole ordering process easy. It's not every day you get a good laugh while picking out your salad, but Julio makes it happen.
