Being new to the area, I was so glad to find out I’m finally close to a Sweetgreen location in the Financial District. It’s been a go-to spot since moving here, especially when I’m looking for something quick, fresh, and reliable.
I’ve been a handful of times already and really love the convenience. The menu has a great variety of options, making it easy to switch things up or find something that fits different preferences or dietary needs.
The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Orders move quickly, and the team does a great job keeping things running smoothly, even during busy times.
Another big plus is their rewards system. If you go often, I definitely recommend signing up it adds real value and makes repeat visits even more worthwhile.

The person who served me was very rude. I don’t know the menu very well and was asking trying to choose the toppings, and the person was obviously very annoyed and did not try to be helpful at any time. She was just sighing and rolling her eyes in front of me. I was the only person in the store. I guess she had a problem with me, because customers who came in while I was eating seem to have a much better interaction. Very unprofessional. The salad was good but I will not be back.

I had the best experience at this location! It was my first time at a SG and Kira was so warm and welcoming. She explained everything and helped me choose a salad, especially when I was unsure about substitutions! Definitely would recommend!

it's 2 stars not one because the other service staff is nice. Julia took my order recently and I was not rude or anything was just ordering and waited patiently for them to even service me and they just kept rolling their eyes when I asked for a Salad bowl. I was asking for the most basic order nothing complicated and every single ingredient they were rolling their eyes and looking at the other staff. Maybe you were just having a bad day I don't know but it's incredibly uncomfortable for the customer who can't figure out why you're upset and made me not want to come back.

Came in at 3pm on a Friday, only 2 people in front of me. 1 worker working on online orders and 1 worker assisting in store orders. The man who served me was super nice being that it was my first time having sweetgreens. He made it a very positive experience and was super helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered a create your own so I had many questions about what they offered. Sweetgreens has SOO many options, I had a hard time choosing! A lot of their options sounded good so I'll be back to try the ones is didn't get! Some of the toppings don't come with it and are extra, which he so kindly warned me when I chose a paid topping. Now I see why my dad enjoys this place so much ahha! Inside they have lots of seating as well as outdoor seating. They have a huuggee kitchen which you can look into! Thank you to the kind male worker who helped me out!!!

I like the food here, but I had an unpleasant experience with the service. Since I’m vegetarian, I was just trying to confirm my choice while the staff member was also helping other customers. The response I got was “I heard you the first time,” which came across as dismissive. I wasn’t trying to be difficult—just making sure my order was right, and it left me disappointed with the interaction.
