I ordered a salad for pickup and there was a live beetle in there... then you can't call the restaurant directly, you have to go through their app to have a complaint. They refunded the order but buyer beware they might not be properly washing lettuce. I have ordered from here before without an issue but this was not great especially for $20+

Overpriced bad business ethics.
It says create custom bowl for 10.95. In the tinitest print, 'starting from'. Once it rung up it was 20 $. Obviously I could not say anything about it but even on the menu it does not specify that pretty much nothing of the custom bowl is included. It says proteins are '2-6' and the specific protein choice prices are not listed individually. The only thing that is included in the faux '10,95' marker is maybe the lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous.
The portions definitely do not justify the price. The food itself was pretty good, minus the rice. But the company ethics/practise along with the unjustifiable high prices are such a turn off.
The workers English are not the best either to the point nothing I said was understood. But that's trivial compared to the misleading advertisements.

I am a full-time Dasher, and I also personally order food from this restaurant to eat. Recently, I had an order to pick up from here through DoorDash. Even though I arrived on time, I had to wait 35 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and still my order was not ready. What I noticed was that the female employee employee at the front prioritized another customer who came after me and prepared their food first, while continuing to delay my order. On top of that, the staff here often treat Dashers poorly and show unprofessional behavior. Because of this repeated issue, I felt the need to leave this review. If this message reaches the restaurant manager, I kindly request that you train your employees to have better manners and treat Dashers with more respect. And when I said I am going to report to your manager the lady staff said I am the manager which I dont think she is.I might be wrong.But please whoever in the charge of the place ,Please train your staff to treat everyone respectfully.We also arr the people working.I we respect you we expect to het respect back. I don't know what the hell is wrong with people leaving bad reviews besides the fact that they seem to be leaving bad reviews based off of TO GO ORDERS. The food is amazing, so fresh and delicious and the portions are actually way too big if anything. Loved this place, the elote bowl was incredible
