I am a full-time Dasher, and I also personally order food from this restaurant to eat. Recently, I had an order to pick up from here through DoorDash. Even though I arrived on time, I had to wait 35 minutes longer than the scheduled pickup time, and still my order was not ready. What I noticed was that the female employee employee at the front prioritized another customer who came after me and prepared their food first, while continuing to delay my order. On top of that, the staff here often treat Dashers poorly and show unprofessional behavior. Because of this repeated issue, I felt the need to leave this review. If this message reaches the restaurant manager, I kindly request that you train your employees to have better manners and treat Dashers with more respect. And when I said I am going to report to your manager the lady staff said I am the manager which I dont think she is.I might be wrong.But please whoever in the charge of the place ,Please train your staff to treat everyone respectfully.We also arr the people working.I we respect you we expect to het respect back. I don't know what the hell is wrong with people leaving bad reviews besides the fact that they seem to be leaving bad reviews based off of TO GO ORDERS. The food is amazing, so fresh and delicious and the portions are actually way too big if anything. Loved this place, the elote bowl was incredible

The best and most reasonable salad with diced breast meat chicken, amazing rice, choice of greens, choice of cheeses sweet potatoes avacado dressings (creamy dill unbelievable) and a slice or two of fresh baked bread. 15.95! Exceptional for the price! go to doordash app click on dining out option for a chance to get 8.00 off. Rewards program too ate here in SF 5 times in 2 weeks

I am still shocked at how Sweetgreen thought it was okay to serve this kind of food out. The miso salmon bowl was not packaged or closed correctly to begin with so it spilled more than half inside the bag before I even opened it. I came to find out that even after I scraped all the fallen parts and put them together in one bowl, my bowl was still barely half full. This portion is some leftover amount of food already and CERTAINLY NOT is not one complete dish. Then, I found an unprocessed bone in my salmon. Awful experience, zero out of five.
Our favorite salad spot. I love their variety. We also appreciate the healthy drinks and chips such as Olipop and Siete and Hu brands. I wish there were more locations.
