My experience at Sweetgreen was awful. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful, making me feel stupid for asking about the menu. Instead of explaining what was available, she acted like I couldn't read and dismissed my questions. The condescending attitude was unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected. My father and I will never return. If this is how they treat customers, I can't imagine how poorly they must handle everything else. Do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely.

Don’t order online unless you want the skimpiest, tiniest salad you’ve ever seen. Don’t order in person unless you want to wait at LEAST 20 minutes (usually longer, even if there’s only 1 or 2 people ahead of you). Blue barn is a higher price point, but the quality/quantity is at least there to back it up. For $17 (I added a few premiums), the portion was insulting.

Love the salads, but they seriously need to use a new and better courier service or fix the courier process. Every time I order using the app it takes at least over an hour for a courier to pick it up - if it happens at all! Tonight I waited over two hours for my order to be picked up, then the store closed, so it never came!
Fresh and delicious food. The staff are incredibly hardworking and the customer service is top-notch. Certainly exceeded expectations. I'd definitely come here regularly if I lived close by!

They routinely fail to put in the premium additions like chicken, even though you pay several dollars extra for them. I generally like their salads, but I’m frustrated that you can’t rely on them making what you order on the app. I guess you just need to stand there and make sure to watch them make your salad. Three out of the last five salads I’ve ordered have been missing ingredients that I requested. Grrrr.

Don't know why it took me so long to go here. But I'm so very glad that this is now becoming a regular spot for me. I have not tried a lot of different items on the menu, but what I have had has been spectacular. Simply delicious and healthy. They have a few rustic outdoor tables on the sidewalk that I have very much enjoyed eating and watching the world go by. The proportions are large. I am a light eater, but have made their single serving 2 meals on more than one occasion. If you are into healthy food, I highly recommend this place.
