I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich with everything. For about 7$, I got gristly pork and lots of sweet white sauce which I think is something like mayo mixed with sweetened condensed milk. No pâté. The bread was good, though.

Eggettes (egg waffles), Bahn Mi, Bobba drinks, fast and friendly service.

This terrific bobba drink cafe is apparently CLOSED, as in 'out of business.' Completely boarded up. YELP needs to so indicate lest unknowing customers arrive to discover T-CUP CAFE no longer exists.

They've been closed for a little while now and there's paper over the windows. I truly hope they did not go out of business because I absolutely love this place. The drinks are amazing and the food is always consistently delicious and affordably priced. The udon bowls are my favorite. For only $5 you get big bowl of noodles and other good stuff. Sometimes they throw in a free juice to go with it.

Today I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take a break from my job, and decided to treat myself and my colleagues to boba. I was contemplating between trying out this new place, and Tancca, and decided to be a little more adventurous today and went with T Cup Cafe. I ordered the oolong fresh milk tea, house milk tea and eggettes. The oolong fresh milk tea was REALLY watery, despite already adjusting it to 50% ice and 50% sweet. The house milk tea had more flavor than the oolong fresh milk tea, but again, was still pretty watery. I guess their only redeeming quality is the eggettes - but for the amount that they give you, I don't think it's worth the price. I really wanted to like this place - but alas ... TLDR; the boba is watery, unsure if they know the difference between water and 50% sweet

me and my friends come here often after school. the reason to always coming here is because the cashier lady is super nice to us. currently, my favorite drink there is the mango smoothie. the mango flavor is strong and it is delicious. highly recommend going there

Such delicious boba! Really fresh and creamy milk tea with soft and flavourful tapioca pearls. A chose to have it with 50% sugar and no ice as it's cold outside but it doesn't need ice I think since it was fairly cold anyway. Would absolutely come here again!

Hands down, the best fruit tea I've ever had. I ordered the Super Fruit Green Tea...loved it 100%. It was fresh. Had just the right amount of sweetness. I could still taste the green tea, so that means it wasn't masked in sugar. They also add chunks of watermelon, pineapple, grape fruit, and tangerines...further adding to the freshness...that I consumed after chugging it. Not too much of a looker inside, but they do have interesting decor. Right next to the door, they have a wall of movie quotes that you can pick out of cups. Pretty much like fortunes. I thought this was pretty unique. It wasn't too busy of a day, so we were the only people ordering during our visit. Tea didn't take that long to make it to us. And the owners, or the folks working at the time, were so nice. Overall, great experience! Actually craving the fruit tea :( but so far away.

delightful newish place in outer richmond. had the mango bubble tea, made from fresh mango, and loved both the tea and the presentation (a cup with one side to sip out of and another for the straw if i so desired). the mango was sweet and tasty, and the boba was chewy and just the right version of firm. will be returning. excellent service, affordable bubble tea, and lovely owners.

Cheap prices without a cheap taste. We got the okonomi dog (not pictured because I devoured it in 0.0008 seconds), and two bowls of udon. So good! I can't wait to go back and try the eggettes and other teas. Their passion fruit tea and green tea (complimentary with food) was perfect to wash down the meal. The owner talked with us like we were family; she was so nice and friendly. The seating is ample because it doesn't take long to receive or eat the food, lots of dessert take out options. Clean bathroom in the back.

Another boba shop, yes, but the drinks are done well and thus worth a trip. Besides drinks they have egg puffs with a choice of toppings and udon. The focus of this review is on the grapefruit green tea w/boba. The actual grapefruit was the primary ingredient. The grapefruit was blended with green tea and served. Refreshing and satisfying. It's nice to have a drink without added flavorings. Give this place a shot and enjoy.

I ordered the oolong fresh milk tea and my boyfriend ordered the black fresh milk tea both with 75% sweetness and 25% ice. Both of the drinks were on the watery side. The price is average and their add on price for boba toppings is reasonable. It's $0.25 more for two toppings rather than $0.50 for one topping which is the case for most boba places. The staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick which was good. They also make eggettes!

Not bad. Ordered 75% and sweetness was okay. Decent size for price. Ordered a black fresh milk tea. Tea taste was good but overall flavor was a bit watery. Staff was friendly and drink came out fairly quick.

The almond MT was fine. The peach oolong MT was a little too watered down for my taste buds. I got the less sugar version and definitely tasted peach, but it was more of an artificial flavor vs infused in the tea. I would try the dark roasted oolong. They do steep their teas (tea bag) with an espresso machine, which I always appreciate. Prices are avg. A nurse walked in and ordered +5 drinks, which makes me wonder if this is her go to place to get drinks for coworkers when there are other options in the area... that said, I would give this place another try, but would have to be in the area vs going out of my way.
