Drinks were decent, they have a large menu and some unique drinks. It took a while to get our order out and they ran out of some toppings. Nothing to write home about, located conveniently on Clement but not a welcoming interior.

This place has very okay milk tea. The ambiance is very... well there are a bunch of pics of disks on the wall. It isn't as decorated as some other boba shops. The service was where some problems arise.Once you walk in, you are greeted by the nice ordering pad. You then put in your order and wait for your (mediocre) drink. There were a few people ahead of me, which was fine. But understand that in other shops they would label your drink and call out the order number (or if you have a name, they would call it out), but not in this place. In the ordering pad, they ask for a name, and that makes you expect that they will print out a label. Well, they didn't. They just call out the name of the drink, and then you come out and take it. The service is unprofessional, and they have to keep checking with the customers to see if they are getting the order correct (the lady working there came up to me and asked if I was SURE that I didn't want any toppings, which I guess is nice???).Overall, this place is pretty mediocre. Come here if you are really desperate for milk tea.

4.5 stars EXTREMELY fast service for my popcorn chicken & yukuit milk tea. Great place to chill if I'm waiting to do something right after. Really clean bathroom as well. Will come back. I will get a sweeter drink next time because yukuit one was more sour than expected haha.

Wanted to eat at Lime Tree but ended up going 30 minutes before closing so to make it worth our while we headed to this boba shop. Some delicious tea with boba. Glad we went to this instead.

Some of the best milk tea I’ve had. Absolutely loved the watermelon slushy.

Amazing fresh fruit teas - lots of real fruit chunks, a balanced amount of well brewed tea flavor, not too sweet. The coconut jelly is pretty unique, its a very light and delicate jelly (almost like pudding) with gentle coconut flavor. Fried tofu was also yummy.Cute shop with chill ambiance and yummy menu. I've been many times and will definitely come again!

This is the best tea/boba spot I have ever gone to in my entire life. The boba is always warm and fresh and the tea is delicious. Please come and support! :)

I ordered a hot peach oolong boba tea, and the tea was very over-steeped and bitter. The boba pearls were good though. Also, if you get it to-go, the lids aren't very secure. So I had tea dripping down my hands and bag while walking, even though I hadn't even put in the straw yet. Not a great experience.

One of many good options for bubble tea on Celement, T Phoenix probably has the largest selection of options that are primarily made of tea. A little more expensive than some nearby options, but still fairly reasonable as you do get a high quality product. They do have a good assortment of snack options to choose from as well, of which I really like the salt and pepper popcorn chicken.
