5 stars in the context of a Taco Bell/KFC. Honestly I am just happy it's here in the neighborhood, with the bonus of a great staff. It's a small space, so don't plan on hanging out, maybe take your goods to the park across the street to enjoy.

Food is great, average KFC meals. I'd like to point out that the service isn't really great, I go here pretty often and the manager taking orders most of the time while sitting down is often very rude to everyone (throws around your cup, points at you, yells at the sweet elderly employee, making remarks under her breath, and very impatient). She's doing her job, but not well, I'm a student at Lincoln and I understand some of the kids can be disruptive but that shouldn't effect your service to everyone.

service is fast and employees are very nice. PROBLEM is the rude attitude of the manager who does her job sitting down. Health is important and so are manners. If you can’t stand for more than an hour and talk down on your employees and create a toxic work environment you shouldn’t be in charge! I’ve witnessed you talk down and aggressively towards your employees. This manager is on a power high and needs to learn that you can’t talk like that to people.

Extremely weird and uncomfortable. Food wasn't terrible but not good either. Staff seems to be trying hard but the manager is on their necks about everything and makes them and the customers very stressed out. I've been at this store twice and never going back. I'm genuinely scared of the manager and I worry she will yell at me.
Side note: I find the 5 star reviews very suspicious. There's nothing about that place that could ever deserve more than 1 star. Based on other reviews the manager might be faking reviews.
