castro needs a mexican spot of this caliber. from what I understand, this spot is an institution in richmond known for their birria. it is absolutely divine in multiple forms (tacos, quesabirria tacos, quesadillas). great selection of aguas too. very nice and quick.
Nice place & super nice staff.
Flavors were great, but unfortunately both times I ordered a burrito from here, they were exploded inside the foil and totally fell apart. Difficult and messy to eat :(

There weren't any Tuesday Taco specials. I had the quesabirria tacos (3) combo with consome soup) $15, chips $3 and a steak mulita (sandwich) taco $6. Everything tasted great. The quesabirras were a bit wet. They pre-dipped them in the red sauce. I would have preferred them a bit crunchier. The steak mulita taco was made up of two little corn tortillas, steak and cheese, cilantro, onions and a splash of guacamole. Service was excellent. The restaurant was really busy at 6pm....
