Decent fried rice and tofu stew. Service is very slow and they don’t speak English well- Google translate helped so it was all good!
Good foods. Good price.Good for family dinning
The food is very tasty, depending on what u order. The dishes in the clay pot are very flavorful, but the dishes in the lotus leaves were lacking some flavor and sauce. Their veggies were cooked to perfection... Definitely worth a try! My favorite is #3.
Came for dinner to try something different from our regular HK style food. My mom's family is from Toisan. They speak Toisan here and understand Canto.
Foodbis basic confort food. Super yum crispy rice at the bottom of the clay pot is a must. Nothing was bad. All delicious, and I can't wait to bring my mom. Enough food for leftovers the next day!
Super underrated, big portions and food is excellent.
Service that’s terrible, don’t know how to authentically cook taishan style rice. The meat tastes like red wine and was inedible because of that. The waitress kept hurrying me to pay all the time. Even for the 90s, this places interior was disgusting, with most of the utensils they give you are dirty.

Food is amazing here! The clay pot rice got some magnificent crispiness to it. Highly recommend getting the duck and the chives stir fry as well.
The price is really good for the quality of the food!
They take a break around 3 and reopen around 5, but if you call ahead and ask they will serve you.

Great lunch stop. Chowmein was very flavorful though it did not have many pieces of chicken in it.

Claypot rice ✅
This family owned taisan cuisine eatery gives you delicious food with a big heart. The nicest service, they are very attentive and can lead you around the menu a bit if you aren’t sure what the flavors are like. We love their rice bowls with pork, chicken, sausage, mushroom… these are rice heavy as they make it with savory seasoned rice that I love on its own with sauce from another dish. The chow fun and other noodles are also wonderful. We’ve been here 4-5 times and will be back today hopefully.

Excellent food for lunch. We ordered Mapo Tofu, Lamb Brisket Clay Pot, and Beef Brisket Rice. It was much less spicy than I'm used to, but everything was so flavorful, complex, and delicious. We were the only people here apart from the family and their kids. It felt very comfortable and homey.
I will come back next time I'm in the area.

Claypot rice is delicious, the rice grains are distinct, and the rice is burnt and fragrant. The more you eat, the more you want to eat. difficult to forget.
