Brilliant pork, chicken rice and squid - perfect for a late night dinner after mai-tais down the street. The family that owns the restaurant are very hospitable and welcoming, would definitely be back to try out more!
Amazing Tai Shan restaurant!!! Recommendations:
1. Taishan beef bone soup (we also were told coconut chicken soup is their specialty) - this wasn’t salty, perfectly herbed, so yummmmmmyv
2. yellow eel clay pot rice - fresh water eels!
3. pork noodle roll - house made!
4. purple potatoes sesame balls - rare find usually it’s red bean
They said all dim sum is made in site and they use free range chicken - don’t...

There's multiple Taishans (and they keep expanding!). Compared to other locations, the Broadway one has the biggest bonus of having the most tables and is my go-to for when I grab a larger party during dinner rush hours.
The food is mostly the same across the Taishans; it's comfort food and the price is good. However, the menu is a mix of hits and so-so dishes and I stick to what I know or what my friends recommend when I order.
