We were in the line for about 10 minutes and wait for our orders for 45 minutes but totally worth it. They freshly made order to order (that is why it took so long) and we ate them right away when they are still hot. The textures outside were crispy and inside was soft and hot. We ordered original takoyaki and the cream cheese. The takoyaki sauce and squid were perfectly seasoned. I want to go back and try different creative Japanese fillings they got.

The Takoyaki was teally good! And the price is very reasonable. I did have a weird interaction with the cashier. She didn’t acknowledge me when I got to the counter. I don’t know if she thought I was still deciding. It confused me about where to order. It even made me question if it was racially motivated (I’m brown). After a minute, I left. I came back later in the day and ordered after another customer go there. Weird customer service.

One of the best takoyaki we've had in the Bay Area.

This has become an SF staple for me. Never disappoints, good at what they do, I suggest the takoyaki with mayo (as pictured) or the kimchi ones.

Piping hot takoyaki freshly made in the mall. There's a line usually with a 15 min wait on the weekends. Very good quality, gooey and savory. The flakes and mayo are well spread on top. They have a few options - 6, 8, 12 or more balls. 6 was enough for 2 people to split. Choose your spicy level and optional toppings.

There are plenty of seats around. Very lively setting.

Takoyaki was very soggy, white and slightly raw inside. It is not crispy at all. Very underwhelming and disappointed.

The takoyaki here is really good, for $10 there are 8 pieces total. The waiting time is 20-30 minutes because there are quite a lot of customers. I will come back.

Regular takoyaki were really good, I haven’t tried many of them in my life but these were certainly the best. The pricing model there is weird - if you order a large set of a single variety it costs you less than if you want to mix and match - not sure why they want to make money on nothing but it’s their business model of course. I can still recommend this place for takoyaki

Employees are not hardworking and are lazy. Longest wait times for an appetizer. Not worth the trouble.

Very popular booth. Takoyaki is big size, I recommend to share.
Cooking takes time, especially on weekend.

Order came out hot and the flavor was good! A little too soggy for my liking and there definitely could be more octopus inside.

I wanted to eat Takoyaki ever since I watched One Piece and Hatchi, the octopus guy, kept making Takoyaki and this place did not disappoint my first time experience eating Takoyaki. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in the area. I’m not Takoyaki expert, but it was a great appetizer for the udon place down the hall that we were waiting to get into to.

As a side note: It’s a grab and go kind of place as it’s effectively in a mall so keep that in mind.
