Taqueria El Buen Sabor

We were hungry, and smell was delicious. Didn’t regret stopping by and having a fish burrito. It was delicious. Saw people complaining about food being bland. Strongly disagree with them. (But maybe if you eat high sodium diet then it’s not for you.)
P.s. Don’t expect fancy ‘seat and eat’.

Got a chile verde super burrito which was extremely wet, wouldn't recommend. Meat portion was tiny, overall was not impressed

Not really the cutest place to sit and eat but it's not meant to be. I really like their grilled chicken burrito! Solid size and you can grab one and easily walk to Dolores for a picnic. Delicious and always hit the spot. Def. get super (guac + sour cream + cheese) for the full effect.

I’ve been going here for years and I have never been disappointed. My go-to is the super burrito with carnitas and it’s delicious every time. This place is located near dolores park too so you can eat in the park. I definitely recommend this one!

Stopped in for nachos at 7:30pm.The meat was fresh, everything was fresh! Update-8/11/25: I used to come here every Friday about 15 years ago it tasted fabulous.And today, the food is still spot on!

El Buen Sabor is a long standing option on Valencia street. The prices are fair, but the quality of food cooked is not the greatest. A mark of a great taqueria is the carne asada. If your carne is consistently tender, I will continue to return. This place, however, has very dry, chewy carne. So that's not awesome. Aside from that, they have other meat options that are tender and juicy. So if you do go here, perhaps don't do the carne asada.

Carne asada burrito is perfect

Solid carne asada super burrito for about $16. Nothing super impressive here but it's a good option for a good price if in the area
