I only go here because it's open late and I live nearby. ON MANY OCCASIONS my food has had hard chunks left in meat, excessive fat, and california burrito fries are consistently cold. service is fast because they do the bare minimum

First time here and we loved it. We got the pizza birria and Camerones a la Diabla. The pizza could of been cooked a little longer, but it was still delicious and it comes with consome.
The shrimp were something new for me, I never had shrimp like these, and let me tell you...they did not disappoint! They were actually amazing. To drink we had their freshly squeezed orange juice and agua de horchata. Their horchata was the best I've had in a long time, it's housemade where you can taste the thicknest of the blended rice 🤤 I'm very picky about my agua de horchata and this was the one 🔥. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the city.

⭐⭐ Can’t Get Orders Right
Two stars because the food itself is fine when it actually shows up as ordered — but the last two times I’ve ordered here, they’ve completely messed up my order. This time they forgot my chips and salsa, and my churro showed up with zero chocolate sauce. Trying to complain through DoorDash was useless — there’s no option to flag missing sauces, and they only credited me a partial amount for the missing chips.
At the end of the day, if a place can’t consistently get the basics right, it ruins the whole experience. Until they tighten up their attention to detail, two stars is generous.

I wrote my review on DoorDash and added the photo of it here. This is the worst food I've had in SF thus far. Avoid.

Fun, casual, local taqueria in the Excelsior. Order at counter and food is delivered. Complementary chips and 3 salsas. Try the Birria Pizza! The stars are based on taqueria style food, service and atmosphere.

The food is great. The guy that took my order is chill. Always try to go in for the Super burrito with the two meats of your choice. Comes with nachos and 2 sauces.

A pungent cleaning chemicals smell greeted me when I walked in. They are doing construction at 5pm on a Saturday. The music was blasting from the sound bar behind the cashier. I ordered a steak quesadilla and got a regular chicken burrito $12 because the cashier couldn't hear what I said. I was confused when the chef said your burrito is ready. I checked my receipt. Sure enough, that's what the cashier put me down for. It already took 15 minutes for them to make it. One of the construction guys told me they will re-make it if I asked. No thanks, I'm not waiting another 15 minutes in that stinky dining room. The food tasted fine. At least they give free chips and salsa. Weird their menu doesn't list prices.
