Amazing local Mexican spot! I had the super burrito and as a regular SF burrito eater this one did not disappoint. Also all their sauces go amazingly with it, not to mention it’s a great spot to sit and eat at. I highly recommend!

Came here at 2am to grab a burrito for the first time. You won't pay the published prices (on the sign in the store). Noticed when I was told about the total, but didn't have the energy to argue about it. Decided to write a review instead. They add a couple bucks to the published prices for no reason. Won't ever be back again. Will stick to El Faro down the road.

Ate here the other day and I really enjoyed the meal in its entirety. The Birria taco's are a must try. The vibe inside Zorro is inviting and the TV's in the back are a major plus. The service was top knotch. highly reccomend.

I love this place! After a day of walking around North Beach and Chinatown, I discovered Zorro among the hustle and bustle of all the eateries along Columbus St. I wanted something quick, delicious and filling, so I ordered the Birria Tacos. All I can say is WOW, they hit the spot! The meat was juicy and tender, the tortillas were perfectly warm with a little crisp and the salsa tasted like it was made in someone's home kitchen. I washed everything down with a big 'ol michelada and happily continued on my way. Thanks Zorro Taqueria for serving me up proper, I will definitely be back!

We stopped here randomly, our mom was hungry, we weren't expecting much, but let me tell you this place is GOOD! The guacamole was fresh and my moms torta de asada was big and tasty. Definitely will come here again, so glad we got lucky just randomly walking in here.

This restaurant is in the Heart of North Beach. The food was really good and very fast service. They do have bottled beer to wash down all the nachos, tacos, quesadillas or whatever you order. I gave 3 stars because they are in the middle of a remodel so seating is limited. I'll definitely be back!

My bf and I stumbled upon this shop while walking around SF. Service: Kind staff. No line. Quick service. They have a salsa bar which I enjoyed. Food: We got the Zorro burrito and large horchata. They gave complimentary chips. The burrito was pretty good. I enjoyed the fries and meat inside the burrito. There was a lot more guacamole than expected. I really liked the salsa from the salsa bar. The horchata was super worth it for the price! I'd come back to try their nachos the next time I'm in the area. We saw someone ordered it and it looked delicious!

My mom and I split the crazy burrito. They also gave us some free chips and salsa. It was delicious! Food came fast. I'd definitely come back again!

This review is for the Super Burritos only and it's 5 stars, period. This 5 star rating has nothing to do with ambiance, friendliness, nor other menu items. This is the original North Beach taqueria. Fancy ones have come and gone in the area, and a Mission favorite moved in a few doors down in 2022. But if you want the best Super Burrito in the east part of the city, you come here. I gave the North Beach El Farolito a few chances to impress me with their burritos, but they don't compare (their Mission location however, is very good) I've been coming here since 2005, and the Super Burrito with any choice of meat and any choice of beans has never disappointed (I go with the refried beans exclusively these days). Salsa bar has gone through its iterations over the years, had more choices in the past, but it's still very solid. You don't come here for ambiance. There is a fair amount of seating in the back with a TV. I just eat at the counter in front of the store, across from the kitchen. That's great ambiance for a burrito joint in my book. The chips are very very meh, which makes me very sad (delicious homemade chips are one of the greatest dining pleasures). But...stick with the Super Burrito, and you won't be disappointed.
