So entitled to come out to the public sidewalk and demand that a photographer stop taking pictures. Called the police on a peaceful journalist. Don't eat here.
Worth the wait! Yes, it is pretty touristy spot but a lot of local who don't mind standing and waiting in line also come here on a regular. Pastries are out of this world and the story behind this family owned business is quite interesting and inspiring!
I went all the way to SF and bought a half country loaf after hearing about so many recommendations and the good reviews, but was super disappointed when slicing it at home. The interior texture is so wet and sticky and gooey that can’t cut a single whole slice. It’s not a successful sourdough. The 15 dollar loaf is not even as good as the artisan sourdough sold in grocery for under 7 dollars. Not recommended it
The morning bun is chewy and has a nice cinnamon sugar coating. The banana creme tart and chocolate eclair was a bit too sweet for me. My favorite was the frangipane tart.
Pricey, but oh so yummy, and such a huge variety of fun pastry choices. I'm glad I don't live within walking distance, because I'd be putting on the pounds, while losing my bank balance. Totally worth a special trip, though.
Love EVERYTHING HERE!
Best pastries in town!
amazing cakes and other desert here- we tried almost everything and they all soooo good.
The almond tart was incredible - lots of flavors that work together but not too sweet.
Sourdough is also amazing here - got a couple of options but the buttermilk is supposed to be best and quickest sell so you have to be here early to get it
Chocolate cake is all right, a bit too sweet and heavy for our liking.
-Olive bread - vegan and delicious, would be great to have more olives spread throughout. Amazing toasted sesame flavor.
-country loaf - 10/10, vegan
-olive focaccia- 10/10, vegan
Would be great to see more vegan, plant based options offered in the future!
Delicious bakery! The croque monsieur was a wonderful sourdough with gooey cheese that softened the bread. Good for vegetarian as meat can be substituted for shiitake mushrooms.
The coconut cream tart was super flaky and delicious! Our favorite.
We went on a Saturday morning and only waiting in like 5-10 minutes.
Vegetarian options: Try the croque monsieur with shiitake mushrooms.

✨ OMG, this place is a little slice of sweet! Their tuna sandwich is *to die for* - seriously, it's my new lunch crush! ?
The pastries are absolutely dreamy, and don't even get me started on their bread (carb heaven, anyone?). I stumbled upon this adorable bear claw pastry that had pistachio baklava flavors - how fun is that?
Vegetarian options: A feww options like the mushroom soup so good

Really love this spot, recommend going on a weekday because weekends the lines are crazy. Great baked goods and the food is great. Love the spinach egg sandwich. I don’t like the interior though, it’s kind of cheap furniture, ambiance isn’t as comfortable with weird high chairs and very cramped. I don’t like eating here but rather taking food to go. It’s not a fun place to hang out
