Two stars for a standard substitution? Come on. The item you ordered (Chocolate Hazelnut Tart) was out of stock. Rather than canceling the item or delaying your order, a same-size, same-price Tartine tart was substituted so you’d still receive a complete order. That’s exactly how substitutions are supposed to work on delivery platforms — and it’s clearly shown in the order details. If substitutions aren’t acceptable, there’s an option to decline them. Marking this as poor service isn’t accurate. Inventory changes happen, and this was handled correctly, transparently, and at no extra cost. We’re always happy to make it right — but penalizing a business for doing the reasonable thing isn’t fair.
