Taste of Fusion serves fantastic dim sum—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Every single dish we tried was amazing, from the classics to the more unique offerings. The BBQ pork puff buns were the absolute standout, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite.
We also ordered har gow, sui mai, steamed meatball, soup dumplings, beef chow fun, pork spare ribs, and Portuguese egg tarts—and everything was delicious. The flavors were spot on, the textures were just right, and the quality of ingredients really shined.
If you’re looking for top-tier dim sum, I highly recommend Taste of Fusion. I can’t wait to go back!
I recently dined at Taste of Fusion and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the food itself was acceptable, the service was shockingly slow. We waited over 40 minutes for our first dish to arrive, and I noticed many other tables filled with frustrated customers also waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their food. For a Chinese restaurant, where speed and efficiency are traditionally valued, this wait time was completely unacceptable. They clearly need to invest in more kitchen staff.
However, the most disappointing aspect of my visit was the questionable ethical behavior of the captain. After finishing our meal, we observed other tables being served a soup-like dessert. When we inquired about it, the captain told us they were running low and he would see if they could spare some for us. Moments later, when the waiter brought our dessert, and he made a point of asking if the portion was sufficient and offered to bring more. This blatant contradiction left us wondering: did they have enough dessert or not? It felt like a dismissive and dishonest way of avoiding serving us.
Overall, my experience at Taste of Fusion was marred by incredibly slow service and questionable behavior from the staff. It embodies the worst stereotypes of some Chinese-run establishments. Good luck if you decide to dine here; you'll need it.
Waste of time and money
Good Chinese food place
Not too crowded, and the food is tasty.
Great spot
Like every dim sum place. Standard food. Some items are better than others. Don't recommend the pumpkin with fish dumpling.
Review is not including food. Called few times, no option to order over the phone. Also, very disorganized in the restaurant. Didnt order and left....disappointing
The foods are food, but they are expensive and small portions comparing with the Empero Taste that is a few blocks down the street. You don't feel happiness from the servers.
Bad speaking servers

Love this place. Love the food and how fast the service is.
The food here is great. Very fresh vegetables and lean meats. Sauces are delicious. We came here on a Monday walk with a bunch of friends to visit the middle lakes. One guy who used to live in the area said we should eat lunch here.
We picked 6 different items to share they were all tasty.
It wasn't super busy for a Monday lunch hour, but the bar area looks great. I imagine it gets hoping on evenings and weekends.

Nice neighborhood restaurant that wasn’t too crowded and the food is delicious. Staff is friendly. The only downside is too much noise for my liking.
