Food was good wish you can it certain ingredients from your order. The server mixed up our order but didn't even bother to try to fix it or provide us with extra noodles since one of us put it in the wrong broth.

I have been here many times pre-COVID, but this is my first time here since post COVID and I felt like the customer service here has really gone down hill. We had to ask for our water to be refilled and had to request for extra soup, when before they would walk around asking us if we wanted water or soup refills. The menu is the same. I think the boba prices went up though. The quality of the food is the same, but I'm not sure if I'll be back considering how bad the service is.There is paid metered parking outside.

I come here mainly for lunch. It’s a nice chill atmosphere. You order through your smart phone with a QR code. The food comes out fairly quick. If you can’t handle spicy don’t go above a medium. Medium is pretty spicy. The food is

such a fun experience, super tasty, and great prices!
It's a new restaurant open inner Richmond you order it a pot and they come in a little tray with some heat so keep your soup warm but is single dish it's not like everybody can share you order one item and it's just the right size for each person try it out I might go again PS they use a QR code to scan to order food and you can pay with that or you get to pay the other way they're mostly orders but from QR code only

One of our go to hot pot places. The food is delicious (vegetarian with tomato soup base and the beef one are our favorite) and comes out reasonably fast. For vegetarians, their vegetarian option has a lot of veggies. Other spots i have been to are just tofu, lettuce and maybe a mushroom but here there is all kinds of veggies, carrots, mushrooms, yam, lotus roots, cabbage, tofu, corn and more. The beef one also had lots of extras like clam, beef, squid, some veggies and more. The milk tea was pretty bad though. We got the panda and hokkaido and it tastes like just half and half milk. Haven't tried their fruit teas though.

We went to SF end of May and it was still spring. Extremely chilling. It was our last nite in SF and had this dinner with our relatives. I ordered lamb soup while others ordered different menu. Each of us got a bowl of soup with veggie and meats. The soup can be added and surprisingly it used the same soup for everyone although our orders were different. So it seems the difference was the in the range of meats. Service is very efficient and fast. And the restaurant was crowded. Price is also very reasonable
This is our family go to place for late night dinners. My favorite item is stinky tofu pot with vermicelli. Interior is spacious and we never have to wait in long waitlist, price is reasonable in San Francisco and food quality is stable. Their boba drinks are not the best in town but it is still great to have them with a hot pot. What I like about the most is their points collection reward program for loyalty customers which you can redeem for a free hot pot with a certain amount of points.

Coworker chose this place to celebrate my birthday. When you walked in you could smell rodent. Chairs and tables were sticky and one coworker checked for health violations and found 2 prior ones. Don't know why we stayed but we did. The food was okay. Wouldn't be back because it felt dirty in there.

The place lured me in with its amazing reviews, and delicious looking pictures. But don’t be fooled. We ordered lamb hot soup, and curry hot soup and both lacked in flavor, it looks and smells good at first but once you try it you get disappointed. A lot like McDonalds which similarly lures you in with tasty looking pictures, but then shatters all your expectations with mid grade ingredients.

Delicious Taiwanese hot pot on Clement St. A variety of authentic flavored soups await you at this casual location. My favorite would have to be the beef, simple but well done. It’s also a classic ice tea spot which was nice especially when paired with the boiling soup. Good portion size for a reasonable price. Definitely one of the better Taiwanese spots in the city.

They let you order through a site, and you can customize a lot of things. Also a lot of options for spice levels. The food was served fast. The seafood hotpot is a good try, it’s really fresh. The staff were also nice.
