the worst boba shop ever. I paid for extra boba for osmanthus rice milk tea and they didn't even give me a single taro ball or boba. do not buy at this place. the milk tea also tasted bad.

Used to be my go-to place when I’d be in the area.The past month or two I’ve gone in 3 times and every visit has been worse than the previous one.My most recent visit I ordered a Mango Coco drink (my go-to) and this time it came with grapefruit (!!!) inside, and a few pieces of my non-chosen topping. I called and the employee said it has always come with grapefruit. There’s a reason I ordered Mango Coco and not other mango drinks, I didn’t want any citrus & I’ve ordered a Mango Coco before.The previous visit I saw two employees on their phone in plain sight by the back, while there was an ordering line, I wanted to order at the counter and no one came to assist me. A third employee exited from the back and made drinks.
