Real tea, real fruit, and fresh milk. Even the $2 boba milk tea specials are high quality. The mango for my mango sago was blended to order. Support this family owned shop, it's a total gem. The two neighboring businesses use powdered non-dairy milk substitute which is not healthy and not as good.

Delicious boba tea at very reasonable prices. I really enjoyed my oolong milk tea boba!
The Thai iced tea had a bit of a strange smoky flavor, didn't love it as much as the oolong.

I am coming here once in a while with my students and they and I agree that boba tea is very good and the popcorn chicken is delicious. Also, staff are so kind with us :). High five for Tea Plus! :)

Mozzarella sticks are so good, seasoned well and very tasty. Spam musubi is sauced up well and not too salty. The popcorn chicken is tender and marinated, but it wasn’t seasoned enough for my personal taste. For most it would probably be perfect though. Thai tea is solid, it’s less milky and a very dark orange which I prefer. Shaved ice is much too sweet for my taste but the taste is good otherwise. THE CREPES AND HONEYDEW MILK TEA ARE SO GOOD JESUS. IT TASTES LIKE A MELONA POPSICLE WITH TEA!!! Curry fish balls slap and there is a lot of sauce which I appreciate. Everything here is top tier, just make sure to get the 25% sweet or else you might get diabetes since everything is much sweeter than other places.

Very cheap, but expect to get what you pay for. The quality of the drinks seem quite cheap and the boba is too soft, plus flavorless.

Wow! Such incredible prices and the food is so good, I had the popcorn chicken, curly fries & a boba tea and was shocked at how little I paid. The staff is also super kind. Would definitely be coming here often.
