I love this food. It's so complex and flavorful! It's also very comforting. We shared the coconut chicken curry, coconut rice, platha, and garlic noodles with shrimp. It was all wonderful. I came a few months ago and got the same things. I felt like things tasted a little different but were still very good, which was interesting.

It was good, but not as good as I remembered. The tea leaf salad was mediocre. Our other dishes were very good. Our cocktails were excellent. It was noisy, so a little hard to have conversation. Location is great for SFJazz shows.

Teakwood exceeded our expectations in many respects. The ambience was nice and not loud. The food was spectacular. The drinks were well crafted. The only thing that let the experience down was slow service which I believe was not entire the food server's fault.
