As a tourist from Toronto, my friend brought me a cup of Brown sugar bubble milk tea, which I have always liked, at a Teazo store that she thought was delicious???. It gave me an unexpected surprise. Living in a city with many delicious food in Toronto, I actually got it in San I unexpectedly tasted such delicious bubble milk tea in Phanshi ?? I’m not a bubble milk tea addict and I couldn’t help but have a cup of it every day during the week trip ?? so I feel I have to give it a like and encourage it ????

Dropped by on Saturday morning around 11:30 am. Two workers were busy prepping orders and the owner was chatting with a large bulk order customer. There was no one else to take orders at the counter so we had to use the kiosk. The kiosk line took a while since there were 2 customers ahead of me. After ordering, we waited 30 minutes for our milk tea boba, matcha latte boba and popcorn chicken. Both the classic milk tea and the matcha drink lacked enough tea flavor. The bobas were very good and tasty. The popcorn chicken was great. It was fresh, crispy , and hot. We'd come again for the popcorn chicken. I'd skip the milk tea and matcha drinks. I took away two stars because of the long wait and drink quality. Popcorn chicken would get 5 stars.

A small polished hidden gem of a place that feels like a piece of Stonestown broke-off and drifted 7 miles north; Teazo is a meticulously maintained establishment minus the generic soulless menu of the corporate chains it strives to rival.Teazo offers chic delicacies and beverages mirroring the latest trends found in China/Taiwan and Japan; eg* the only place this side of GG park/Market Street offering whipped cheese tea and Souflé pancakes. Teazo can be a self-service establishment similar to ShengKee/85°Bakery with it's touchscreen kiosk, but also self-seating with a seasoning station like Starbucks/Peets.(restrooms via San Francisco Public Library or Safeway if you're in a pinch and dont live nearby)Justifiably packed with long lines during the highschool lunch/afterschool hour, quieter in the evening or late morning.

Ordered on uber eats app and strolled over to pick up. Took 10min and my popcorn chicken was ready. Salt & pepper, as well as red chili powder was self service - which is nice, so u can decide how much of what to put in. At 5pm, there was a pretty big crowd there, which was a surprise. Perhaps it's because it is a friday. Been here many times before and u can always expect what to get. Drinks are decent. They have a variety of desserts now too - have not tried yet.Popcorn chicken was about $10...prices went up by 20% or so in the last year. I guess thats pretty consistent across SF. ‍

Mango coconut is alright. Kids prefer their creme brulee milk tea. It's a small boba shop with clean tables. Their kiosk will list the most popular drinks. I do enjoy the popcorn chicken.

We will NEVER come back to this place:(I was there just yesterday with my kids as this place is in our neighbourhood. I ordered chicken wings for my kids and under the “special notes” I mentioned “NO SPICY PLEASE” as my kids cannot eat spicy. I ordered few more things and been waiting for my order, sitting on the couch. I was only one there. When my order was ready I was called by my number to pick it up, they put all food like to go style, even though I was planning to eat inside. I asked about ketchup, the young lady gave it to me with confusion, three packs to go, without any tray, I was using a napkin as a “plate” for it?‍♀️ When my son eat the wing, he was urgently asking about the water, he said it’s very spicy! I immediately went to the associates and ask how come they are spicy if I specifically asked PLEASE NO SPICY. With absolutely “don’t care” face, she said “yes, I saw your note, but those wings come spicy because of the original recipe.”It doesn’t say it’s spicy on the menu! And I additionally asked please no spicy! I was only one at the cafe and she could not tell me prior preparing my order that it is spicy?! It is unbelievable! After that short conversation, she just went back to her chair, joining her cell phone and was absolutely don’t care about us, that’s just horrible customer service.? The worst part is that as the result, my son is having a stomach pain since yesterday, he vomited and missed his school today!? This is absolutely unacceptable! Waste the day, health, money and time.

Matcha Slush ($5.50) & Oolong Tea ($6) - I got the matcha slush and my friend got the oolong tea. It was very refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness (I got 50% sweet). I just wish it was more bitter from the matcha.

the food is really good but the drinks are kind of bad. i ordered a jasmine milk tea 100% sweet, but it tasted like it's 60% sweet so i didn't really like the drinks. this happened to me 5 times already.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND the kiwi drink and peach oolong milk tea. Been going here for years i have yet to order something i havent liked... fruity components are always real, no shady cheap syrups. How does this place not have at least 4 stars??!!! Yes theres not much seating and you bus your own drinks but they are clean, efficient, and most importantly skilled - all the flavors are always so balanced regardless of sugar and ice level!

Street parkingForgot if ordering is available with staff but self-serve kiosk is availableOolong Milk Tea with Boba is pretty standard - 3/5 , all drinks come in 20oz I believeThey can get busy with orders when it's closer to closing (my drink took 10+ minutes) it's pretty much the only shop still open after dinner- but only until 9pm haha there's also only 2 workers tooTheir popcorn chicken seems promising~ hope to try it soon and then hope to bump this up to 4 stars

This 2 star rating is for the soufflé only as I have not tried other items on the menu. My friend and I wanted a little dessert after dinner and went here since it looked appetizing. We ordered the strawberry soufflé, hoping we would taste some fluffy, sweet goodness. Instead, we got a gloopy, soggy mess of a dessert. The soufflé was essentially steamed egg as the egg flavor tasted incredibly strong and was overpowering. I also didn't expect that it would be completely drenched in strawberry cream. It was practically swimming in it. Considering it was $12, the portion size was pretty small. I would not come back here.
