Receipt #30329. The lady at the counter self-selected a 20% tip without giving me the choice. Outrageous practice. Please refund the “tip” or I’ll charge back.

Once done, please train your servers to do better. Thank you.

Picked up my order today and the salad bowl was sopping wet with oil at the bottom and there was a hair in my salad. My first time here and I unfortunately won’t be going back.

Yum! Love tender greens. This branch is great. I will say it’s a bit dark in there which isn’t ideal!

Apart from that food came out in a couple minutes after ordering and the team all had a smile on their face! Keep up the good work guys 👌

Located in the heart of the business district, this fresh food eatery offers healthy and tasty options for locals looking for healthy options during lunchtime. The fish and meat options are recommended, and the salads are fresh and good. Service is quick.

I had their longevity bowl with sea bass and it was a really delicious meal at a great price. The bowl included a good amount of fennel and the fish was cooked adequately. I only wish instead of something like croutons they would add quinoa to the bowl.. Anyway, I’ll definitely come back!

Solid fast-casual choice! Stopped in on a recent SF visit. I appreciated the healthier options. Food was super fresh and flavored well. Employee taking order was friendly. Perfect experience.

Stopped in after a super quick search of healthy food near where I was at a conference and stumbled onto this place. It has your typical salads and bowls. But with perhaps more meat options than I've seen at other similar places. I had a California salmon salad. While nothing special, the fish was cooked reasonably well. That service was fast despite being lunch hour. It wasn't very crowded. The interior seemed clean and not too noisy. Overall nothing stood out about the place. I'd probably hit a Sweet Green before trying it again.

Stopped by Tender Greens on 30th & Fremont for a quick dinner after a long day of hiking—what a great find! We were staying nearby on vacation and wanted something fresh and satisfying without being too heavy.
I ordered the grilled sea bass plate with seasonal vegetables and seasoned fries as my sides. The sea bass was perfectly cooked—tender, flaky, and nicely seasoned. The seasonal veggies were crisp and vibrant, clearly fresh and well-prepared. And the fries? Surprisingly addictive—crispy, hot, and flavorful without being greasy.
The atmosphere was casual and clean, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to wind down after a day outdoors. Service was quick and friendly, and we were in and out without feeling rushed.
Definitely recommend if you're looking for a healthy, tasty meal with solid service. A perfect spot for a low-key dinner while exploring the area!

Delicious menu items. Hard to choose just one, so I got both! That’s in addition to the other items I’ve tried here in the past and future.
