Good value for money. A place with simple decor but what I care about is the great quality of food, reasonable price and friendly staff. I've been here multiple times and I will keep eating here whenever I want rolls.

A small casual sushi restaurant on geary. They have a variety of rolls and appetizers. They dont serve bento boxes, but do serve some rice bowls. Service was quick and we noticed a lot of people ordering to go. We ordered edamame, chicken karage, CA roll, SF roll, caterpillar roll, cherry blossom roll, and rainbow roll. Our food came out quickly. The edamame came out hot and topped with salt. The chicken karage was a decent portion for 2 with fairly big pieces and came with spicy mayo sauce. The rolls were fresh and had good amount of fish. The cherry blossom roll was our favorite. We kept our expectations low but we were thoroughly impressed by the food, especially with affordable prices. Highly recommend this place and will be coming again soon.

There is hope after all to find filling fancy food for a very fair affordable price in San Francisco. I was just as happy with this sushi as any I’ve ever had, and actually even more happy because it was less expensive than any sushi I’ve ever seen, friendly service, and a chill atmosphere. It was like having a home cooked meal by the fire but if your home were in Japan and the fire were a restaurant in the Richmond.

Superb, fresh, delicious sushi at an extremely reasonable price! Very friendly and welcoming workers/owners(?). Cannot recommend this place enough!I would share a photo of the exquisite dragon, rainbow, spicy hamachi, and cherry blossom rolls we got, but unfortunately that would doxx my homies cuz they're in the photo so it can't be done :(Rest assured though, the food was exquisite! HIGHLY enjoyed the chicken karaage as well- piping hot and perfectly seasoned.You would be literally INSANE not to give this place your business!

Since discovering Teruaki, it is my go to sushi ? restaurant. They serve the best sushi I've eaten in the Outer Richmond.
I claim I keep coming my neighborhood sushi place since day one. it's not only 5 min walking distance. it's not only fish is fresh as hell. I like this little cozy place a lot. maybe there are 20 seats, no sushi bar you can sit but enough space around so you won't get soy sauce spit out from a booth next to yours, get your fancy dress a bit soy sauced. I love the lady, I think the sushi chief and she are a couple, she is friendly, the second time I went for sushi, she already remembered my face and my special order, extra wasabi. I usually do take out for some reasons but when I was waiting for my order, I've seen her professional move, turn, little jump and smile. she is so attentive, know what sushi is. when I go there with my husband, he says this is the only place has Snapple black cherry lemonade so he doesn't eat fish or sushi but comes for that Snapple. freshness, friendliness, coziness, extra wasabi and black cherry lemonade. perfection. oh btw, muni bus stop in front of the place. you will have a bit hard time to find a parking spot any time when it's dinner time. I love this place ❤️? only one thing i wish is if they have hirame (halibut) and tako (octopus)

Very cozy quiet spot walking distance from presidio / legion of honor! We got seated right away, and the prices for the menu were very affordable. Meal came with hot tea and water. Quality of fish was great and was so fresh - that was my favorite part of the meal. I think we got like the sashimi platter that came with rice. Karaage is in smaller pieces but plentiful portions and then we got a classic roll. Staff was very friendly and they also sell some asian snacks and drinks at the counter!Great place for a nice lunch after spending time at the park!
