Treating myself to a Friday brunch and couldn’t have picked a better place! I was immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly waitress and there was plenty of seating to pick from. I’m always on the search for a good breakfast sandwich and theirs hit the spot - so good!! I actually really enjoyed the smaller portions because they were so flavorful, didn’t make me feel stuffed, and allowed me to try the doughnut plate too:) Will definitely be back for more!

We eat there often for their delicious brunches and enjoyed it so much that we hosted a dinner party at That’s My Jam. The service, food and ambiance are the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food.Vegetarian options: We have a vegetarian in our family and she is always happy with the selections of vegetarian foods.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of affordable options.Parking: Lots of parking on the surrounding streets.Kid-friendliness: The menu is very kid-friendly and my picky eaters always love their food at That’s My Jam.Wheelchair accessibility: My son is in a wheelchair so we appreciate all of the ADA accommodations, including the bathroom. When we met the chef, we learned that he has one leg and understands the needs of the disabled community.

Very surprised to see such positive reviews - I feel obligated to share as this was one of the strangest restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. Had brunch with three others and experienced mediocre food and extremely slow service. We ordered cappuccinos and a tea with our food order. Cappuccinos didn’t come out until we were halfway through eating (25 mins) and the tea (just tea) didn’t come until we were nearly done eating. It had almost no tea leaves in it. There is a $3 charge to have eggs scrambled instead of fried because “the kitchen isn’t set up for scrambled eggs and it requires extra time and equipment.” I got them anyways - they were cold with unmelted cheese in them and a tad bit watery and overworked. This was alongside a very small amount of cold, underseasoned boiled potatoes topped with not-quite-melted shredded cheese. If it wasn’t $153 pre-tip for 4 people I wouldn’t care as much. The most bizarre experience was when the owner / chef’s partner came by asking for feedback on the meal. I politely let her know that the coffees were extremely delayed and the tea even later, to which she told me “well, we only have one barista for all of these people” gesturing around the restaurant as if doing this faster was impossible. (The “barista” was not dedicated to coffee). I agreed it was quite busy and suggested that perhaps another set of hands on drinks, plus not relying on the barista to deliver them all himself, could ensure folks got their coffees before their food. “Wellllll, that would be a lot” she dismissed. I also said it was a bit surprising for a brunch place to charge $3 for scrambled eggs (on top of a $21 egg plate) to which she replied “well my husband is the chef and he takes a lot of extra care with them - everyone understands that they are special and totally worth it.” Why do you ask customers for feedback if you just make excuses for what you receive feedback on? After reading responses to other reviews, it’s clear you take constructive feedback as someone not “getting” your concept or food, and just go on to explain why you do something. Maybe you should actually consider the feedback - accept that you are not delivering on some peoples’ reasonable expectations and strive to improve your operation so that you can do so.Again, if either the food or the experience was above average I’d let it go. But it wasn’t.

I really enjoyed having breakfast here. The portions are small but tasty. Everything we ordered had great ingredients and was fresh. While the prices are a bit steep, the exceptional service and welcoming hostess, along with the restaurant's beautiful and cozy ambiance, make it worth the visit.

I can see why this place has 5 stars. Very friendly staff and very clean, the food was delicious and the OJ was very unique. I had the breakfast sando with croissant. Also had the potatoes very delicious. Would like to see an ALL Organic plate instead of only some items for the price but overall very tastey.

I loved this spot for breakfast. Every item we got was made with amazing ingredients and very fresh. My favorite was the salmon avocado toast. Worth the steep price for that perfectly seared salmon. No wait at 10 am on a Saturday too which is a huge

Five stars all around! We held a 70th birthday party here for 20 people. From the beginning the owners were thoughtful, kind, responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. The night of the party they took such good care of us. AND.... The food was DELICIOUS! We pretty much chose everything off the dinner menu and did a family style dinner. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the food and the positive energy of the space. Definitely recommend!

The food is incredible and service is fantastic. Lovely ambiance that gives you a feeling of home. Avocado Ricotta Toast is delicious and the turmeric latte is refreshing. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for tasty food and a welcoming environment in SF!

Came here with a few friends and we weren't quite sure if they were open or not due to the holidays. We walked in and I think Chef Mark was sitting there having a conversation and let us know we can sit inside or outside. We opted to sit outside and we were provided some menus and waters. We were told the specials and some favorites, and ultimately went with the Ham sandwich (which isn't on the menu). The ham is apparently homemade! and we also went with the breakfast sandwich on a croissant and with bacon. To drink we we got some mimosas and I got a black coffee. The hame sandwich was tasty, fresh, balanced. The bottom crust got a tiny bit soggy though and was falling apart. I think oerhaps the bread could have been toasted to maintain the integrity of the sandwich. The ham has a hint of sweetness and super juicy. The slaw was flavorful and refreshing. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The croissant had a tiny vit of flakiness, and was a solid breakfast sandwich. Overall, really enjoyed the food here. I understand the price point is a bit higher due to sustainability so this would be a spot that's more once-in-a-while.

My husband and I joined our son Michael eat brunch at That's my Jam, an amazing restaurant in Divisadero district in San Francisco. The owners, Mark and Nadia gave us excellent service. Their Avocado toasts, Dual Grilled cheese, Zeppoles, Golden Turmeric latte are so good. Also, the ambiance is great ( I love their wall with flowers good for photo shoots). I highly recommend this place.

Great food and even better service can be found here. The staff are really likable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it took about half an hour to get a coffee refill.
