Ordered pickup and went there to collect. They said it wasn’t ready. Waited for nearly 20 minutes before they realized the sandwich was ready and just sitting there getting cold. Wasn’t a busy time or anything. They only made one other order while I was waiting.

On a whim, my daughter and I stopped here for lunch. We split the regular fried chicken sandwich and, I kid you not, it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It was perfectly cooked. Very flavorful in all the components. Very impressed and will definitely be back the next time I'm in SF.
We ate here on the recommendation of an online friend. It seems to be popular with the locals and was fun to try. Loved that it was around the corner from the SFMOMA.
