The Chapel, located on Valencia St in the Mission, is a fantastic venue with an upstairs bar and no long lines. Highly recommended for a nearby dinner before a show. The lineup of artists is great, and the staff is friendly. While the intimate size of the room and eclectic booking are appealing, the sound quality may be lacking, with vocals and other band elements being hard to hear. Despite this, it's never overcrowded, and arriving early may secure a seat upstairs. Conveniently close to 16th/Mission BART, it's a gem in the neighborhood, although parking can be a challenge.
